The sheets were filthy, the towels felt like sandpaper, they didn’t state it was another $150 for parking. Lastly, I needed to leave a day early for family reason and left way before the noon checkout time…. And they won’t refund me for the last night which is BS!! Just beware staying here

My family and I had great stay. Extremely close to all the things we wanted to experience. Located in the French Quarter, a super quick walk to Bourbon Street, great food, etc.

There are definitely some pros and cons about staying at this property. During my recent stay I was really impressed by the friendliness and customer service of the entire hotel staff from house keeping to the staff that worked the front desk...especially Elaine who I noticed put in some very long days during my stay. I loved the less than one minute walk to Bourbon St. Plenty of dining options close by. Inside the rooms I fell in love with the bathroom with that black tile and chrome fixtures in the shower and around the sink. It felt very luxuirios. Now here is what I wasn't impressed with. The rooms are not very sound proof. One night I could hear kids in the room next to me screaming. One morning I could hear housekeeping over in the next room cleaning and vacuuming. One morning while I was standing at the elevator, I could hear whoever was in the room across from it, in there snoring while I was in the hallway. The TV in the room did work, but which I am not a big TV person but the two channels I was interested in did not register on the screen when you flip to them. Downstairs tucked in the back of the lobby, they had a very nice and well presented bar, but there was a problem....It was closed! I assuming because of staffing issues maybe. Would I give this place another chance in the future? Maybe!

Service was impeccable. Staff was friendly...excellent. Only issue would have preferred to have a fridge in our rooms. Overall I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

This wonderful boutique hotel was the perfect spot for a large family stay for a New Orleans wedding. We had a total of 6 rooms for our family group ranging in age from 6-76 and everyone had a great time. The staff were absolutely wonderful and helped us navigate our large group. Special shout-out to Front desk attendant Albert Pierre for going the extra mile to assist us. I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased with this stay that I felt the public kudos were definitely warranted.

First off, everyone who works at this hotel was so kind. Aaron at the front desk was a sweet baby angel. The patio is beautiful and the interior of the hotel is clean and comfortable. Valet parking is directly across from hotel entrance. Valet was the best and helpful all the time. This is a quite retreat from the loud streets. Will stay here again and recommend to friends. There was road construction on bourbon street and streets get blocked off for street performing so we sat in traffic a bit. Just give yourself time to drive in and out.
