The hotel was awesome. The only problem we had was not getting enough sleep because kids were up all night running through the hallway and banging on the walls.

Very clean! We really liked the hotel and location. Only complaint was the pool area. The pool was too small for the volume of kids and other guests. Because of the small area, number of people, and acoustics, it was so loud in there. My kids even asked to leave because it was so loud.

I booked a suite and was asked if I’d like service the following day and I agreed yes I’d like my room serviced I was gone for a very large portion of the next day to come back that night and my room was the same way me and my kids had left it. Also there was a big stain on the couch in the living area and the sink in that area was cracked, I never had these issues at any other Hilton hotels but this stay was not very pleasant

The pool was super cold. You could not get warm in it at all. Many kids tried to get in but wouldnt stay in it because it was so cold. The hot tub was warm. We loved everything but how cold the pool. We picked this place because it had a oool and hot tub. So we were bummed he was freezing the entire time.
