Staybridge Suites Davenport, an IHG Hotel

Beautiful room. Plenty of space for my family of 8. Mattress was pretty bad, so we didn’t sleep well but we enjoyed our room.

Excellent! We travel from Kentucky to Iowa for a family reunion each year. This hotel will be at the top of the list for our future trips!

Fantastic place for families. Games, pool, and hot tub were clean. Hot breakfast was great. Will stay again.

This was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! We were a bit slow getting checked in due to staffing issues, but that was totally made up for! The hotel also offered a mingling hour with drinks and appetizers. And the room really made it feel more like home than a hotel. Over all 10/10 will recommend to friends and family, and we will definitely be choosing Staybridge for our next stay!

Staff very helpful in making minor adjustments to our reservation. Enjoyed our stay. Just an overnight meeting place with family 1/2 way between Nebraska and Michigan.

Nice hotel especially for families. Checkin was an hour behind but other than that staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed.

Keys wouldn work , was stick outside with a baby . The doors to hire where locked , night /day auditors very unprofessional, general /assistant manager very rude to us. Won’t book this hotel again

The hotel was a lot more run down than I expected for the price. Lots of things falling apart. Our dishwasher for example was barely attached and when you opened or closed it you could basically pull it out of the wall. Also the door into the bedroom BARELY cleared the bed. You had to squeeze between the bed and the wall to make it to the bathroom - that wasn’t the situation in all the rooms, but it was in out 1 bedroom with 2 beds. The hotel wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it didn’t seem super clean either. There were several very rowdy kids parties (which isn’t in the hotels control) but there were WAY more people in the pool than allowed and management didn’t seem too concerned about the safety rules being broken (we went swimming the next morning and there were 8 kids, probably 10 and under and zero adults around). There were also kids running down the hallways near midnight and it didn’t seem like management was doing anything about that either. The breakfast was good - lots of options! And the location was nice.

We checked into this property with three young children and had to wait for a few minutes while they finished the room. We went to the room and it had a strong chemical smell. We opened the windows and left for four hours. When we returned the smell was even stronger and we were getting headaches. The staff member explained that they had used a cleaner to remove stains from the carpet but the chemical smell was stronger than any cleaner I have ever smelled. The hotel was full so we had to check out and find a different hotel. The only positive thing was that the front desk staff member found us a room with a different hotel. So we were not stranded with three children. I am still surprised that they would choose to put people into this room instead of leaving it empty for a day to clear out the chemical smell.

Great hotel for a quick stay with the family for a softball tournament.
