Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Davenport, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The customer service was excellent and everyone was helpful. The only downside was that the food at the J Bar was not good and the hot tub was not hot enough. Other than that, we would stay there again when visiting family again.

you don’t have a complimentary breakfast you are charged gor breakfast, you are charged a extra $50.00 for a fee the hotel also had kids running around unattended

I like that kids eat free, however I didn't eat 12.95 worth of breakfast.

Our door was never noisy. And the shower was really hot, almost couldn’t even take a shower it was so hot. I asked other families that we knew that stayed too. They all said the same thing.

We were given a single bed instead of double bed room as per our reservation. Second room had low water pressure in sink, toilet lever stuck and a blood stain on one of the chairs. Too many noisy kids running around after 10:30 pm

Our family has stayed here multiple times. Property is now run down. Won't be staying again. Hot tub out of order, pool area with towels, equipment all over the floor and a briken door. Likely from sloppy guests. Will not be staying again.

When we arrived Thursday night/Friday morning at 12:30, the computer system was down. Fortunately we were still able to get our room. Evidently, there was a nationwide IT outage. At one point on Saturday night, there were kids knocking on our door and running off. The front desk was quick to take care of it! The shower water was barely warm.

The hotel has a great location- away from traffic roads but 15 mins driving distance to all the Quad City attractions. Plenty of good restaurants around including a Super Target, Sam’s club and Hyvee. The hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was nothing special and very minimal. Most of the times fruit was out, though the servers were very helpful. Housekeeping was good. Kids enjoyed hot tub. Pool was crowded with some families monopolizing the area, this obviously depends on if you visit during weekends or busy times. The room walls didn’t let us hear next door neighbors, only could hear them when they were talking and passing in the hallway. There was a nice lobby area on 2nd floor where some families were letting their kids play (didn’t bother our family and noise didn’t filter into our room perhaps due to glass door between the open area and hallways). There is also a nice open area with space heaters which could be used for larger families spread across rooms to sit together and chat/socialize outside of their rooms.
