Everything was good, nice place, good food, clean. Only issue was that there was a bunch of kids there for a baseball tournament who made a lot of noise at 1:00 in the morning in the hallways. It would be nice if the hotel could put the families with young kids on the same floor. I understand that maybe the hotel was close to the baseball field, but is a casino the place for those people to stay. Adults go there for a getaway not to listen to a bunch of loud and annoying children.

North Tower room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Casino staff was pleasant, mostly friendly. Casino bathrooms were very clean. The access to the walking trail along the river was wonderful! Are only complaint: There were many, many families staying for a baseball tournament. Saturday night they set up in the lounge area of the North Tower. The kids were playing football directly in the walkway getting off the elevator and rounding to corner. They were running right in front of people trying to walk to the casino. I myself had to stop or I would have been knocked over. Probably 20-25 small children while the parents just sat there allowing it. The casino management should it have allowed this! These families were not the only guest in the resort.

I stayed here due to a snowstorm. I was close to work. I used none of the facilities, but the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and they had so many pillows of different densities. I slept like a baby!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The employees were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, safe, and quiet. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Very reasonably priced!! There is a gaming are for kids and then the casino. We plan to stay at this place when we travel to Ann Arbor, MI for football games.

Took the kids for their birthday, booked 3 rooms. Check in was ugh! Do not put anyone else’s name on the booking because that person will have to check in themselves, and not just you. We had people coming in late that wouldn’t be able to check in themselves, and the host gave me hell about it, even after I showed her it was my name on the reservation for all rooms. She kept mixing up the names and blamed me, like I don’t know who my sibling or my own fiancé is. Other than that, I enjoyed our night here. Pool was bigger than expected. Won some money at the casino!!

Over all not a bad stay, downfall, wi-fi does not work, only got maybe 15 tv channels, no room service, no daily housekeeping, bathtub and sink filled with water when being used, kids running all over the floor at all times.

Being a casino, I really wish they had adult only swim at the end of the night. We went to the hot tub around 8:30pm on a Sunday and it was full of about 12 children under the age of 10 and they were jumping in and splashing, swimming underwater, had giant toy balls they were throwing around. The kids were running around in the pool area. We ended up leaving because of it. I'm also not a fan of hotels that use a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet and also wrap their comforters in two top sheets. I doubt those comforters are washed regularly. The thermostat was difficult to use so the room was freezing. The restaurant was overpriced and not anything special. Overall, a mediocre stay and I couldn't sleep the entire time.

I have stayed at this hotel casino many times throughout the years. I even made a family reunion for 75 people one year ago in the hotel. There were absolutely no amenities to keep you in the hotel when it came to food. Everything but Kellers Xpress was closed. It makes it very inconvenient when you want to continue to game as a customer and enjoy the overall facility. I lived and worked in Las Vegas for 23 years and proudly worked for several 5 star and diamond properties in management. It seems like terrible business to not accommodate the guests/gamers with enough food or entertainment to keep them in the hotel full-time. I understand the restrictions and challenges of the hospitality industry through Covid and that not everything has come back into full swing. I do however know that your competitors in this local area are providing more entertainment and amenities to their customers.

Upgraded to a junior suite but the soaking tub wouldn’t drain and the water was luke warm. After complaining, we had to wait for maintenance to come in to fix it. Day two, tub wouldn’t drain again. Complained again but was told that there was no manager on site and no general manager on site on Mondays. No management at all on site. Had to ask for contact information in order to try to get a refund but have not heard anything from anyone. Disappointing.
