The place was great in past: eco friendly, comfortable, and close to the baseball fields and businesses. This last trip- my kids woke up to huge round bugs running all over the place: phone counter and desk area. It was disgusting. Guest services switched out our room, but needless to say, we didn’t have a good night’s rest. Left a message the next morning with the gentleman at the front desk, in hopes the manager will take care the issue. At this point, we most likely will not be returning.

Beds are not comfortable. Very firm. We stay there often fir its convince to Grand Park. With that tou can tell hiw beat up the place is getting. There is constant turn over with baseball and soccer kids. It's stull a nice hotel, just getting beaten up a bit.

Location is great if you have an event at Grand Park. No many options for breakfast in the building. Also, love the open concept but not for the shower, missing half the door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect for families.

Great location for tournament travelers but noisy with kids slamming doors, running down the hall and having loud conversations. Fortunately, this eventuality stopped and did not disturb sleeping.

Property is well taken care off . Rooms are clean and spacious! Lots of things for kids to do.

Two night stay and didn’t have any hot water. Was told at check in that kids could not be running around after 10 pm. Nobody enforced that as the walls are thin and people were loud up and down halls well past 1 am. No breakfast on the weekends which is absurd.

We arrived extremely late for our check in midnight, and the front desk employee was extremely sarcastic and rude. I had politely asked if we can have a late check out, and he said “seriously?, absolutely not!” I was blown away at the unprofessional behavior, and also embarrassed me infront of my family

With sports families coming on weekend the restaurant not open no breakfast available makes it not somewhere we want to stay again.

Never let them put you in room 104. The hotel is adjacent to a very large sports complex. There is a very loud ice machine across the hall from the door to the room. Starting at 5 AM sports parents were filling up their coolers and talking loudly with no respect for the people around that might be sleeping. We went out numerous times to ask them to be quiet but of course once their cooler is full they’re gone and others come. Additionally, you can barely hear yourself think in the lobby because parents let their kids in uniforms run wild. The staff that checked us in seemed incredibly rundown by it, but did nothing to fix it. I complained as I checked out but the staff did nothing but give me a card of someone I could call in a few days. Would never stay here again.

Had no idea this hotel was next to over 40 soccer fields baseball fields. It was full of screaming kids! We went to Notre Dame to see Garth Brooks and decided to go further south closer to home. We got to hotel after concert at 2:30 AM and we’re ready for a long sleep after 6 hours driving and the show and 2 hours driving back to hotel. We were awakened as early as 6:30-7:00 with people banging and being loud as well as room right across from ice machine no way to sleep in! Very disappointed website should let you know this hotel is meant for parents with kids attending sports activities. I could have slept better in my truck. The hotel was beautiful and staff was great just would have stayed somewhere else had I known this was next to a sports complex this needs to be listed about hotel!!!!
