Hyatt Place Indianapolis Carmel

Quietest hotel I’ve stayed at. We usually have unsupervised kids running all over hotels while their parents are drinking in the lobby when we travel. This hotel didn’t have any of that. Well done!

I traveled with my family and we had a great experience. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a very safe place and is near to several shopping centers. Will highly recommend it for someone wanting to stay away from downtown Indianapolis.

The hotel was beautiful and easy to get to. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were respectful and kind also. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff who stocked it up kept running back and forth the whole time my family and I were there stocking it all back up. My kids loved the pool and the fitness room looked amazing. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool was not in service during our stay. That is very disappointing when traveling with children.

The hotel is clean, quiet, very well maintained - the room was in excellent shape, everything worked well. Good for two adults with a young adult child, using the extra pull-out bed. Nice breakfast.

Convenient to walk to hospital if family is undergoing a stay at the hospital. You can find dining 🍽 any where near by.

The hospitality was wonderful! When we needed more towels, they were up to our room approximately 15 minutes. The staff was attentive and kind. The rooms were so nice. The biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a double bed suite! They hotel was five mintues away from IU North Hospital, that was so convenient for us. When we had to check sooner than we thought, because of family member was in IU North Hsopital. They were curtitious and quickly checked out.

This is now the 3rd Thanksgiving in a row that we've stayed at this property. It's close to our family and makes a nice home away from home. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the property is quite new! We love staying here!

Spacious, two queen beds and a pull out sofa, safe, busy but quiet, with central location. First stay at a Hyatt place. Aylin at the front desk is so lovely, Arthur, everyone we encountered at the front desk in the evenings. Mini fridge in room was nice. Out of milk most mornings at breakfast, but did have other breakfast staples. Pool was heated but on the cooler side and would benefit from a skimmer check but is quite clean. No hot tub. Room was clean aside from a hanger on the floor. Only complaint, Housekeeping did not respect/honor the no room service door knocker one afternoon @ 5pm (could not enter due to security lock, but no knock, announcement, a bit startled/interrupted while on a work call). Wifi was super fast an easy to connect to, although we did find that we needed to reconnect daily, no biggie. Nice eco friendly shower toiletries, KenetMD, surprisingly good quality. Soft water in the area so shower was super slippery after soap and conditioner. Could not figure out how one outlet worked (we think it was on a switch most likely a user error). Lovely pillow top on the mattress and great night sleep! Perfect respite for weary travelers and rest after long days. We do not frequent Carmel (dreaded and abundant roundabouts) as we have family in other suburbs but this was recommended as closest to nearby hospital (family member staying) and would more than happily return to this hotel for the room and front desk staff alone.
