Great place to stay with the family while playing ball at Grand Park.

The staff did not advise us that the pool was closed. If we had known this information we would have booked a different hotel! Also they allowed other guests teenaged children to run hallways and yell until well past midnight!!

Great stay for the family. Frills if you're a diamond-level member.

It was great except kids banging on our door.

At check-in, I requested 3 keys for my room but only received two. I requested an accessible room and when I asked for a room on the 1st floor, I was told that there was only one on the 3rd floor. The worst part of my visit was on Sunday when my family and I returned to the hotel to find that housekeeping had not been to our room. When I inquired I was told that if I needed housekeeping, 24 hours' notice needed to be given and this should have been told to me at check-in. It wasn't and I ended up changing the linens on our beds and requesting clean towels brought in and the dirty towels and garbage removed. I was very disappointed and angry at the fact that I was not told about the 24-hour requirement and the staff did not attempt to make amends for their lack of providing service. The check-in staff at Hampton are young people who only know how to say " I am sorry ". They have no skillset to provide excellent service.
