Great large rooms for dogs. Pool was fun for kids and hot tub was hot. Overall very convenient and comfy stay.

Upon arrival our room was not quite ready even though it was after checking time and I did the virtual check in the day prior. The staff happily provided us with an alternate room. The 3rd floor hallway was dark & musty. Our room was great size but definitely was neglected. A towel bar was broken, tv volume was erratic (increase volume via remote didn’t change the actual sound then randomly it was full blast 15 min later), tub was chipping & rusty, heat/ ac was unpredictable. AC was full blast or heat clicked on. There was a blood stain on the bed blanket. The hotel was quiet and had a great pool for kids, but I would not stay here again.

Fair property for the price. Staff were friendly at check in, easy to park and check in. Centrally located. Our room faced the highway and we heard road noise all night. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast; my kids enjoyed the waffle maker. The property is not new; there are small things that would make it much nicer. The vinyl ottoman/table had stains on the sides that would have easily been wiped, the wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom, the window had streaks running down them (not sure what it was) and the carpet had not been cleaned or vacuumed. Beds, bathroom and kitchen were clean. If in the area again would probably try a different hotel.

When you pull into the lot it is clear the hotel is not new or updates. It could definitely use some help outside to spruce it up. The lobby looks a little dated, but overall nice. The breakfast area is set up nicely. It is spread out which helps with overcrowding. We arrived in our room after check in and were very disappointed with the look and feel. The room is not well lit, the couch looks very old and well loved and sheets have definitely seen their best days quite some time ago. We went to fitness room and pool and spoke to the front desk about this, but specifically the couch. We expressed concern of what the mattress would look like as we would have kids sleeping on the pull-out. The woman at the desk told us that the mattresses were in great condition and not to worry. After swimming i pulled out the mattress and it was gross. Lots of yellow stains. I went back downstairs and showed her 2 pictures. She didn't seem surprised but told me that they were sold out, there were no managers working and i should complain the next day. She offered extra blankets and sheets to build a barrier. The next day i spoke to the front desk, she told me there were no managers and nothing she could do. This was only after she was on the phone for 15 minutes and kept trying to ignore me, but i waited her out. at check out i told her about the issue again, she took my phone number to have a manager call me, but told me it was doubtful they could do anything

Confirmation email stated check in was from 2-11pm. We arrived at 2:30 and were told check in wasn’t available until 4pm. We left and returned at 4:00. The room still wasn’t ready. I requested that I receive a call when the room was ready. We had a carload of kids and now needed to come up with even more things to kill time. I still hadn’t received a call by 4:50 so I contacted the hotel and was told the room was now ready. Check in went smoothly and we settled in. The room was clean on the surface but there were curly black hairs in one of the bathroom sinks. We checked out the next morning at 11:00. At 11:44 I realized we left an important possession behind and asked if the room had been cleaned yet. The receptionist was very rude and had a poor attitude the entire conversation and said that nothing was turned in and she didn’t see a supervisor so there was nothing that she could do. She took down my number and said she would call if it was turned in. I called back a few minutes later to notify her that my husband was on his way to see if he could locate it. Thankfully the staff had found it and gave it to him when he arrived. He was unaware of my interactions with the staff but had the same perception and even described her as “hateful”. We are planning another upcoming stay but will opt for another hotel in hopes of a friendlier experience.

I found the staff to be very friendly. Our room was very nice and we had everything we needed. Even though the hotel was completely booked, with families and younger kids. We heard very little noise from them. Easy check. For the price we paid compared to other hotels I will definitely book my reservation there again.

We stayed there for a week while we waited for our house to close. It was clean and exactly what we needed. Pool was awesome for the kids especially that the outside and inside pool was connected and they could swim in and out. Definitely recommend to families.

Arrived and no one was at the front desk. Afterbwaiting about 3 minutes a females cones out of the back managers office and says she will be with me shortly as she goes and changes trash and then mops the floor from the dripping trash. At this point 4 or 5 other families are awaiting her to check us in. We finally get a room 216. The room isnt very clean. 2 towels on bathroom floor still. Rear door to our balcony was almost next to impossible to open. I let feont desk know and she says yeah the doors are old.......nwe paid to have a balcont to sit on and enjoy while the kids played at the pool. Finslly room never got below 70 degrees and was very humid.

Hotels.com does not support their customers. The hotel informed us that any issues with Hotel take up with Hotels.com. Well needless to say I had to cxl one day out of my trip because of death in family and Hotel and hotels.com kept pointing fingers at each other on who should credit me one night stay. Horrible. Beware on using Hotels.com

It was great! They let us check in an hour early! The room was spacious! The kids loved the pool! The hot breakfast was a plus!!!
