Great choice for visiting family in Carmel. Staff were lovely, free breakfast was great, gym was great, everything was clean. Will stay here again!

Property was selected due to proximity to event, brand and claim of “family friendly” Apart from noise of general foot traffic (room was adjacent to ice machine), walls were thin and outside street traffic was considerable. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with a calcified shower head, fixtures pulling away from vinyl surround and visible water damage on ceiling. Also, no stopper or plug for the tub made bathing little ones difficult.

It was super clean and well kept. Employees were friendly and professional. Breakfast was included. Patio was really nice. Small pool and fitness room were great. The area surrounding is very nice too. I felt very safe and would recommend friends and family to stay here.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The staff are great. We chose this hotel because it had excellent reviews. But our stay did not go as we had expected. We stayed there for three nights, and for the first two, there were a bunch of children screaming and running around well after 11 pm. They were in some kind of sport teams. The parents were there too, but they did not keep their children quiet. Right outside, teenagers were playing balls. The noise did not stop even after midnight. I met other guests complaining about the late night noises as well in the elevator. The staff tried to address this, and they were very responsive when I contacted them. There were just too many people without manners for them to keep it under control.
