Family trip to state fair. Was a nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was descent. As a free breakfast it is what you would expect from any other Hilton property. Pool was nice for the kids. Bed was comfortable. It was softer than most hotel rooms.

Overall the hotel is in a nice quiet area and is clean. We had just a few issues, minor but worth noting. First, there was no shampoo in the bathroom. They have big bottles with pumps on them mounted in the shower along with conditioner and body lotion. When I asked the front desk to get more, they said they were out and it was on order. Seems to be a pretty bad situation to be in for a hotel. Also, the door on our room didnt open or close very well and would have been almost impossible for a small child or elderly person to operate which could be a safety issue. Lastly, on a sunday morning, the breakfast offering was pretty slim with many of the warm items being out.

It was a great stay. Close to friends and family. Breakfast was good and area is big enough. Had a great stay.

Booked a one night stay for my family due to my oldest daughter graduating. Check in process was smooth. Front desk attendant was wonderful. Room was very clean. The next morning at 7am housekeeping is knocking on my door wanting to know when I am leaving. I am trying to get myself and my children ready for graduation. Checkout isn’t until 11am and I’ve paid for a nights stay at the hotel. She came back to the room two more times! We left the room at 8:45am and we barely were able to get out of the room and she was rushing into the room. I thought this was very rude and so therefore I probably won’t stay at this location again. I won’t recommend this hotel either as I think this was very rude and unprofessional.

We stay here every time we’re driving through on a road trip. Great place to stay with family.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The only downside, for a family of 4 with 2 young children, the bathroom was very small. There wasn’t much room to help a child shower.

Our family stayed in a two queen suite with a pull out sofa. It was perfect for us.

We only stayed the night passing through but the accommodations were beyond great for my family of 6!

Easy check in but when we went to go out at 7pm there were 5 adults and 7 kids in the lobby. The kids were loud all surrounding the business computer area playing games and screaming while their parents were talking. They had chairs out everywhere and very load. When we returned at 10:30pm we were surprised to find these same families still in the lobby and the kids now using the business chairs to roll each other into fighting duels. It was sad that the front desk did not stop this from happening. When we went to get into the elevator, there was crushed Oreos on the floor. We came back down and told the front desk, and later found it just picked up, not cleaned. The pillows are absolutely horrible. We had 3 very thick pillows all the same and could barely sleep. Bed was fine, everything clean but better choices of pillows and keeping the lobby free from screaming out of control kids would have been wonderful.
