my husband and I in Edinburgh Indiana 217 & 223. On Friday there was a baseball team yelling and running up and down the halls. While we were checking in kids were throwing pillow in lobby and staff said nothing. Saturday there was yelling and slamming doors and then a bottle was thrown through my sons window raining glass on his girlfriend and all clerk could say was they were booked and did they want her to vacuum the floor. There was a hole in window from bottle/rock. They were shaken up and no sympathy from staff. Police were called. They stayed in our room the rest of the night. This hotel stay ruined our vacation. You need to train your staff on how to deal with unruly guests and handling these situations. Very disappointed in stay.

This is normally our favorite hotel to stay in when traveling to the Edinburgh area, however, this weekend’s stay was very disappointing. Upon checking in, we were given a room that smelled horrible. We told the front desk and they told us they have had several people complain about the smell in that room. Their solution was to give us two cans of air fresher to spray in the room. The result was not good and they wouldn’t switch us to another room. Two other families that we were traveling with had their reservations cancelled with no notice. They were an hour and half away from home without a hotel room. This is totally wrong. What was our favorite team hotel turned into our least favorite, unfortunately.
