Very family friendly!!! We loved the little dog Tripp, and the staff was amazing, especially front desk clerk Kim. She was front desk on Thursday July 4, and Saturday July 5. She was so helpful with our questions and went above and beyond on hospitality! We will definitely tell others to stay at Hotel Indigo Columbus. Our only disappointment was that there isn't complimentary breakfast.

I had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and slept like a baby thru the night. I highly recommend this hotel. What I liked best of all is the hotel dog, TRIP! He’s adorable.

After a long day of travel, nothing could have made my day more than a dog "employee" in the lobby. What a sweet addition. The pup was there when I checked in and sitting at the lobby desk when I checked out. Amazing. The hotel was clean, the room was great, and the staff was nice. The only complaint I had was not the fault of the hotel - there must have been a baseball tournament this weekend and the boys were a little rowdy/loud, but they are kids so what can you do? It was quiet by 11pm, so not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a baseball tournament so proximity to the field was top notch. We arrived early and staff was able to get us checked in early which was amazing after a long drive. The hotel was very modern and felt welcoming. The room was thoughtfully decorated and very quiet even with a room close to the elevator. Only issue was children in the hot tub and pool area. Overall great stay and we will definitely stay here in the future for tournaments.

First time staying and loved it. Modern Architecture look. We got a rollaway bed for one of the kids. Walking distance to the Commons (free indoor playground for kids) and Zaharakos Ice Cream Parlor. Kids especially loved Tripp, the hotel dog. What a wonderful surprise.

I’ve stayed at a Hotel Indigo in the past and LOVED it. This one let me down a little in the sense it wasn’t new with scuff marks on the doors and there was a pair of underwear in the floor of our room. The beds were super comfy and clean and overall, the room felt clean. It’s fun to see their little mascot, Tripp, walking around downstairs to greet you. I would stay again but know what to expect. Also, the pool water burned my family’s eyes terribly. We didn’t go back the next morning for pool time.

The staff at hotel indigo were amazing. We had a problem with our air and they jumped on it quick, tried to fix the problem and couldn’t so found us a new room. Also one of our kids lost a bracelet in the hot tub and they helped get it out. I’m not certain the name of the lady who helped us out every time and I should have gotten it but her customer service was top notch!
