Room was clean overall. Went on family vacation in the area; the hotels pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, hotel room maid service didn't occur till we left, had to go to front desk for towels and wash cloths, you have to pay for wi-fi, and hotel employee's unfriendly overall. Won't stay here again.

Everyone went beyond to get u what u need. And the mgr and staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and warm for my grandbaby. I would tell everybody that they need to stay here. Great place.

Very nice, clean, new hotel. Room was perfect for family of 4. Only sad part was checking out to continue our trip.

The room was very big and was perfect for our stay with the grandchildren On thing happened in the room that was concerning. The shades that are adjusted by a electric wall control was jammed which caused the metal valance on to to fall off and it landed on my granddaughters shoulder. It bruised her shoulder and scared her. We reported the incident the next morning.
