Hyatt Place Fort Wayne Northwest

Rooms were clean and spacious. It was a reunion weekend for family and we were able to visit easily in the lobby area and among the rooms.

This hotel is in a good location, safe, and the staff was acoomodating. The entire 5th floor reeked of weed our entire stay and it was a huge disappointment as we were with young children. No smoking hotel means no smoking. Even pot. Sad the staff can do nothing about this. Elevator was like a smoky joint in itself.

We enjoyed our visit. Beds were comfy, couch was comfy. Very clean, well appointed. My ONLY complaint was that channel selection was limited on tv. If you have kids with you, bring a tablet. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. We will use Hyatt Place as our new home base in Ft. Wayne.

We’ve stayed here as a family several times and its always excellent. We were just recently there for a basketball tournament. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was just OK but it was included.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sitting area in our room was very spacious and comfortable and the bed, linens, and towels were excellent quality. The location was good and the breakfast was adequate with good coffee. They put a $15 hold on my credit card at check-in in case I wanted to purchase one of the candy bars available at the front desk, which I found annoying. The closet door in our room wouldn't close without a struggle and the hanger bar would not accommodate a floor length dress. There was literally no counter space in the bathroom with nowhere to set a cosmetic bag or toothbrush except on top of the toilet tank - Eew! The property description stated there was a family restaurant in the hotel, but there was not. The heater was right next to the bed and quite loud when it turned on.

Driveway is hard to find- needs better signs. The room was good, bed was a bit hard but I slept very well. Fairly spacious room as you would expect, I'd call it a junior suite. Couch was uncomfortable, and TV was barely viewable from the couch area. Shower was good even though it had a handheld head with hose. Would appreciate some counter space in bathroom- there was absolutely none.

Our stay was nice. The only Complaint I would have is that they no longer include breakfast as part of your stay, which they did at one point. Other than that, it was great! The staff kindly provided a microwave for me to keep in my hotel room because I had three kids and had food to warm up constantly. So, thank you!

Nice outdoor pool. Staff was great for check-in and when needing additional towels. In room amenities were a little lacking. Bed was comfortable, pull out couch for the kids was nice. Phone in the room was not functioning as well as several of the outlets. Difficult to set a good temperature in the room. Breakfast was delicious.
