Holiday Inn Purdue - Fort Wayne, an IHG Hotel

Staff was very friendly and eager to help, my kids loved the pool. Overall great experience for the whole family.

Great place to stay! We had the kids suite. The pullout sofa mattress was not good. It was like sleeping on a chain link fence. But everything else was great!

Your housekeeping was great! Your customer service at front desk was the worst ever. Room was overpriced! Your suite should have double bunks and it would have been perfect. I got the short straw and had to sleep on the couch. Your mattress is nothing but springs that was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever encountered. I closed it up and slept on a couch that was too short but much more accommodating. I made the reservation for 5 and got 4 bath towels and 3 wash cloths. I paid close to 600.00 dollars for the room. Three of the 5 have long hair and use 2 towels each when they wash their hair. When we asked for more towels and wash clothes they ( the front desk) stated we could only have one set. None of us want to wash our face with a wash clothe someone else has used to clean their private parts! SAD :( Also the blankets on the bunks were the size for children and again we asked for 2 comforters to fit adults again 1 comforter was stated we could have. Finally after telling your evening worker that we were in the suite she did give us another comforter. All of this bad customer upset my 86 yrs od mother soooo bad and it stressed her out we had to take to the emergency room at Luthern Hospital to get her blood pressure back down. When we arrived at the hotel we had to wait for quite a while before anyone came to the counter. Also when checking out this happened again. Your customer service was terrible and we all agreed we would be looking for other accomodations next yr

We stayed 3 nights. Came for the Vera Bradley sale which we really enjoyed! We just walked to the sale. Very convenient. Disappointed there was no complementary breakfast. Upon arrival and for the first two days our room smelled like marijuana. Front desk tried to figure out which room it was coming from but it continued for two days. Other guests were also complaining. We only had 2 towels in our room. Asked for more twice but we finally got some from housekeeping ourselves. Walls not well insulated as we were awakened by a crying baby in another room at 4 am. Also every day our keys deactivated so we had to get new cards. Staff stated they were having problems with the machine. Staff was nice and tried to put on a good face. This is way less than what I am used to and expect from Holiday Inn.

Enjoyed our stay, was daughter was hoping to have the baby seoerated in the room so she could keep it quieter fir the little one in the same room.

We were there for a one-night stay. Check in was fast and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to several restaurants and other attractions. We were there because it is close to family. The mattress was very comfortable. The room was quiet.
