Rooms were great with mini kitchens. So helpful when traveling with kids!!!

We chose this hotel partly because the pool looked bigger than that of the other comparable hotels. It did seem slightly bigger than a "typical hotel pool" and was very pleasant. The water was nicely heated to a comfortable tempurature and the room was very warm to make it pleasant in the winter. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

We had a good visit. Would be preferable if there was more space at the pool for parents of kids swimming. It was a bit loud and humid.

Whitney at the front desk was MORE than helpful and friendly!! Great to work with. Rooms were very spacious and kids had a blast in the pool. Only negative is we found a lighter and sweater under the bed.

Everything was clean and quite new. I had specified that we needed at least one crib (or pack 'n play) when I made the reservation online. I called the hotel and verified that we could get a pack 'n play. Upon arrival, I had to ask again. I went out to get one more load from my vehicle and by the time I got to my room the pack 'n play had already been delivered. Service at the breakfast bar was way over the top. Not realizing that breakfast was only served until 9 AM, we happened to come down right at 9. The employee was just starting to clean up, but he made sure we got all of the food we could possibly want. The location was very convenient for visiting the children's zoo. The pool was nice and clean and empty on a Thursday night. The only things I can complain about are the spotty wifi which kept disconnecting and was completely unsecured (not good for business travelers) and lack of ethernet ports in the room (which would have helped solve the previous issues to some extent). It was also slightly annoying that we had a room right in the center of the building but had to go down to one end of the building for the elevator. Seems like they could have put an elevator in the middle near the front desk.

overall very nice but it needs an ADULT ONLY hot tub. The kids take over the indoor pool with parents that just sit and visit with their friends. The hotel is next to a sports complex that host lots of tournaments so kids/families stay there.
