The Bradley Hotel

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I do wish there were more affordable dining options nearby for a family - we ended up eating at the coney island place and ice cream at Sweets on Main which was fine (the kids were happy!) but I would have liked something mid range. Not that you can control that at all!

Very cozy and comfortable. The team was great, and I specifically remember Kendra and Amber as being very friendly and remembering us from our last visit. This is definitely the place for us to stay while visiting family in Fort Wayne. I have a few suggestions for improvement. First, a coffee and tea station for hotel guests in the lobby would be appreciated. Also I suggest that there be a door hanger with the option to make up the room. We were there for four nights and no one ever came for the trash or made the bed. We had to ask for clean towels. Finally, the service at dinner can be very slow. I expect that the kitchen is understaffed. Otherwise, the place is wonderful.
