The check in was very slow due to one person checking everyone in. This was for a 3 day stay to visit family. Once i got to the room. The room phone wasn't working, and the refrigerator was hot. I had to go back down because i couldnt call down and i had 3 kids with me. Very inconvenient. The guy said he waould tell maintenance in the morning but the maintenance person didnt come for 2 more days. Then the air went out day 2 and never got fixed. The guy at the desk said he could reimburse me if i wanted to leave the hotel at 10pm with 3 kids! I had to stick it out not only because i couldnt find anything reasonable at that time but the kids! In my opinion this hotel went downhill after it changed feom Radisson.

This hotel is in a great location but could use some updating. We had problems with hot water in our shower and kids were running up and down the halls late

The staff was very kind and the property felt clean and safe. Our king suite was clean except for under the bed, usually not a concern except I was traveling with my toddler. The bathroom had repairs done and it was all functional but not aesthetically appealing. The tv kept losing service, but weather was not great and could have been the cause. The train station next door has loud train horns at night - again not usually an issue unless you’re traveling with littles who may wake up at the sound. There were good breakfast options, all warm and setup in a sanitary way. The hotub and workout facilities were clean although the pool was cloudy, we still used it, the temperature was great in the pool and the pool room. I read reviews before booking about low water pressure/no hot water and we did not experience that the 3 days we stayed. The water pressure was great and the water got very hot very quickly. With the tiny issues I would still stay again, it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! And given the other options in the area, this was definitely the best option.

The property and amenities are great. We enjoy the convenient location to the Arsenal and our grandchildren. We will stay here again. They could upgrade the scratchy toilet paper and the internet was out for an afternoon, but overall a lively place to stay. Staff are great!

At check in it as stressed that quiet time started at 10pm. At 10pm we returned to our room and there were 10-15 hr high sports kids in the hall next to our door. I thought I would give them until 10:30. Surely the chaperones would come quiet them down. They did not. I called the front desk around 10:40pm. They said they would find a parent to tell. They quieted for 3 whole minutes. 11:30 rolls around they are still Loud. Slamming doors, yelling, running, cussing. Called down again and the front desk guy came up and told them they couldn’t be in the hallways. They went to the lobby for maybe 20 minutes then back to right outside our door. I finally opened the door and yelled at them just after midnight. That didn’t work either. They were loud until at least 12:30am. When I complained in the morning I got a blank stare from the front desk. No discount. No refund Nothing. The whole situation was completely unacceptable.

The front desk staff was amazing! However, we book a double queen room for 2 adults and 2 kids and we were given 2 towels. Additionally, we had to let the water run for over 10 minutes for it to get even remotely warm so the kids could take a bath. There was also a soiled mattress in the hall near our room that made the entire hall smell of urine. We loved the location but will not be returning to the hotel.

We are returning guests, but we are no longer returning on weekends, which is really too bad. We have to find a new hotel. Every weekend the hotel is full of loud and rude kids for some sort of tournament. The parents are not watching them, they are messing around in the workout gym, yelling in the pool, yelling and running down the hallways, while parents are eating and drinking. Unfortunately, hotel has no control. We come to relax and not to hear screaming girls at 11pm running down the halls. Very disappointing. Breakfast sucks because of the volume of guests. we paid way too much to have to deal with this kind of stuff. There are kids and parents that are very polite and respectful, but there are others that they think they can be rude and as long as they want because they are guests. Desk staff are awesome but have no control over the guests apparently. This should be the role of Manager of the hotel. You know when you book these parties, be there to control the environment and help your staff.

The Convenience to the Vibrant Arena at The Mark is unbeatable. The front desk receptionist Gina went above and beyond for us with a couple of issues with our room(s) and the maintenance man ( do not remember his name) was very accommodating and went out of his way to take care of us. We will definitely stay here again. Water pressure seemed low. It got quite unruly and chaotic when families checked in for traveling sporting events. No way you could enjoy the pool or hot tub during the time they were present at the hotel. Difficult to find seats/tables or food for breakfast. Breakfast hours should be extended 30 minutes. We witnessed on both mornings during our stay guests attempting to get breakfast after 9:30am as the breakfast attendant was putting the food, plates and condiments away, turning off the juice machine and yogurt refrigerator.

We love this hotel. It is our home away from home when visiting our kids at Augustana.
