Best Western Airport Inn

We had such an excellent stay at this BW location! The staff at check in and check out were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was also quiet. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh with lots of choices for everyone in the family. We have no complaints and would be happy to stay here again in the future should we come through town again, Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience BW Airport Inn!

Upon check in , desk did not recognize Expedia check in, was charged twice. We were too tired to fight about it, and thought it would be easily rectified. It has been a problem so far. The room smelled heavily of mold and very musty. We were not concerned about the amenities being unavailable, as it was a place to just sleep. We had family in the ICU at nearby hospital. I would drive a little further down the road.....

The man at front desk was very rude to us. We was there with family. We had like 5 rooms. The stuff was not friendly. The have a pool they did not keep trowels at pool the day they put out hand towel. I put trash out side my door to be pick up. It was there like two days. I checked out and it was still there.

Best Western hotels are independently owned, so you never know what you are going to get. Only half of the front door was working during our stay...not a great first impression. Our room was neat and clean but had a musty smell, probably because it was next to the pool room which had lots of dust bunnies and window condensation. Breakfast was a meager selection and even worse on the second day. Some room doors wrre left open so we saw construction and what appeared to be a long-term squatter based on the smell. There was also some sort of military unit staying and thumping around in gear; they were disappointed in breakfast too. If you only plan to sleep here, it's a good price. But if you have kids and need to be around for breakfast, naps, and the pool, then look elsewhere.

It was convenient. However, hallway carpet is very stained and dirty There is a rug that is turned up at end that is a trip danger not fixed going out the side door. Humidifier in hall that looks very dirty. No elevator !? Had trouble with noise from child above jumping, running around early and late. Mgr. tried to fix noise issue, but someone was still trompping around above us making excess noise early and late.

My family enjoyed our time here. They communicated very well with us prior to our arrival. It was perfect for our needs for this trip, especially for the price.

Solid budget friendly hotel. Pool was kept at a good temp so kids could play and burn off a little energy. Clean comfort room. We wouls stay again.

Unfortunately after some confusion surrounding the booking, I felt that the situation was fixed and the staff was helpful. However upon check out the manager decided his best course of action was to give me a public lecture. I was embarrassed and frustrated at the way he was speaking to me and it was completely uncalled for. The front desk asked me to speak with the manager via a personal cell phone which was put on speaker for the whole breakfast bar to hear. I understand that he had frustrations however he turned a happy customer into a frustrated one when he made the decision to treat me as a two year old and “give me some advice”. Just plain bad behavior from the manager plus he made my family late for mass.

The room was decent for the price, smelled like cigarettes but the most upsetting part was as we were packing to leave I checked under the beds and sound everything to make sure my kids didn’t forget something and found a brown bag liquor bottle of Tito’s crammed under the bed and a juice bottle. It was not ours so the room in my opinion was not cleaned properly.

Comfortable and convenient to our family who we are visiting.
