Comfort Inn Moline - Quad Cities

The hotel overall was clean and kept up, however the tv remote did not work in our room and the door did not lock. Instead of them putting us in a different room, they told us they would “watch” our room for us. It wasn’t even close to the front desk and the hotel was almost empty so there was no reason not to move us. When we were gone we had to pick up and take our stuff with us each time. My kids went down to eat breakfast and it was bare minimum and were out of milk. If the door didn’t have issues and actually had food for breakfast, it would have been a good stay.

The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Only complaint is it was so hot in the room because they have these plastic things on the air conditioner and it doesn’t let the air go to the whole room. So just by the couch was cold. And then the breakfast area was so hot. No air at all over there and they didn’t have everything out. The lady would make eggs but that’s about it. There was no bread in the bread drawers. No sure if there was any right when they opened breakfast. I also witnessed the front desk woman, Indian lady, see a Hispanic family come down for breakfast , look at them and then say she’s closing breakfast and took the waffle machine apart when that’s what they wanted. It was only 9 am and breakfast was until 10. So there was nothing for their children to eat. Didn’t like that at all. They tried getting her attention but she was on her phone and didn’t care about anyone at that point.
