Horrible experience. My unit was noisy despite being on the 16th floor. The sheets and duvet were dirty, the rug was not vacuumed. They would not allow me to have a guest during business hours which is totally unreasonable. It took me almost 5 hours of my business day to be able to get one person, even a family member, permission to comr up to my apartment. The staff was unusually rude. I consider myself a good and kind person, rarely ever find the need to write a review like this, but they have a long way to go. It’s too bad because it could be otherwise a nice place. However, the internal relations were painfully rude and unprofessional, despite their trying their best. I’m sparing using the name of the downstairs desk guy who was unnecessarily awful to me, on my way out, to give him the grace of being young. hopefully, he will do better in the future. Be careful they tried to charge me $250 for a lost plastic fob- Read the fine print!
