Normally, when I travel, I’m always concerned about hotels & their cleanliness because I am a huge germaphobe. Luckily I can leave this review with pleasure & much gratitude. I was impressed with my stay. I stayed in room 1115 & it was very clean with no complaints. The front desk was kind enough to store my luggage after check out time since my transportation was later that evening. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends. When I’m in Chicago this would be my choice of a hotel to stay at.

Check in was not the fastest and I was asked if I really needed 2 beds. I traveled with my husband and 2 children, of course we need 2 beds. Sounded like the room was not ready and they needed to assign a new one and trying to negotiate my needs. Please don’t do that. Other than that, hotel is good, comfortable beds.

We liked the condition of the room, which was clean and spacious. We particularly liked its location, as many major attractions of Chicago were nearby. We would say that it is one of the best hotels we've visited. However, it is not a good place to be for those who are with babies, for there were too many sharp edges and corners in the room. Our baby fell on the floor and hit his head on the edge of the bed and got a deep laceration on the forehead. We had to go to an emergency room in the middle of the night. It was a terrible experience that we never want to go through again.

Updated and remodeled ina great lication in the loop. We felt engulfed in the city with the huge windows and the modern furniture. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Chicago to see my college kid.

Fabulous location in the loop, with a short walk to most landmarks. Room was lovely with a large, modern bathroom. Our family (including our two teenage girls) loved the experience.

My only critic is that It doesn't have a restaurant for breakfast or dining. Only a roof top and is more for the ones who likes to drink. Not a kids zone.

Really liked the location. Our kids really liked the beds, which they found comfortable. All the front office staff was excellent. Thought the breakfast options were a bit limited, though, and the breakfast area a bit cramped. Also would have liked it if recycling options for our trash were available. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our visit there.

I was very pleased the location of the hotel. My family and I went to Lolapooza and it was walking distance from the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. The room was clean and housekeeping kept everything. Whenever we needed towels or toiletries, they were always happy to assist. The Air rooftop bar was a great lounge located In the hotel. I made new friends there and just simply enjoyed the entire experience! Whenever I come to Chicago I’m staying there!

They have a club with live music on the two top floors. I stayed on a sunday night and they had a live band blasting music until supposedly 10pm, but it ended shortly after. My room was extremely loud hearing the concert on a weeknight. I asked to be moved to a quieter room, and they put me on a lower floor, right by the meeting room where coffee and tea is served. Therefore all morning from 5am it was noisy with staff making coffee, folks going in and out of the room etc. Their inability to understand the request and the amount of noise is absolutely absurd. I was also sketched out by people they failed to keep out of the hotel. There was a group of youngsters who the front desk staff notified the night club was closed for a private event. Those youngsters left the hotel and immediately came back in and tried to use my elevator key to go to the nightclub. It was a huge group of 5 and very sketchy. I did not feel safe. I also asked for a dinner recommendation, and they gave me two restaurant options, of which one was closed. I walked in the neighborhood for blocks to find it closed down and just have to walk in the other direction to find their other restaurant recommendation. Unreal....
