If I could give it 10 stars I would! I can’t even put into words how amazing the staff is! Every single person from the time you walked in the door were happy, accommodating ,engaging, and all went above and beyond to make mine and my family's first visit to Chicago that much more memorable. We will definitely be back sooner than later. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I had lost my only card on the way to Chicago from Minnesota, and I only had cash on me. I find it completely irresponsible of a business to turn down $1200 cash and I would have given more for deposit. Its also so unfortunate that your team or company would t have empathy on a family that traveled 9 hours and lost their cc along the way. I will not be going back. I am so angry!
