Great stay in Chicago, our room for our family of five with two beds and a pullout bed/couch. Great complimentary breakfast daily, valet overnight was $70, and we had no need to have a vehicle as we were two blocks from the train. Great location, safe neighborhood, 20 minute walk to most tourist areas in the city, or could get a train/bus Vespa card for $5 a day that will literally take you anywhere in the city and to both airports. Plenty of restaurants nearby, nice and friendly staff, would stay here again!

Great location…bathroom sliding glass door was super loud, so not ideal for family. Breakfast was just fine.

For how much we paid, I’m extremely disappointed. Dirty bathtub/shower, no trash bags in the trash cans, broken bathroom sink, the filter for the air was extremely dirty, so who knows the last time that was changed. Some of the “baseboard” was pulling away from the wall and had exposed nails. I had two toddlers with me, so that was a huge risk for them. There was no information for the room/room service/etc. That’s just a little of it. The valet service they used was an entire other issue. Most of them were rude and they were SO SLOW. The prices were also ridiculous, but not surprising since it is Chicago.
The view from the room was nice though.

Area was great - room was okay- what was really annoying was a family of 5 with three tiny kids, both days we came back to our hotel room after a long stretch of walking and exploring - the first time our carpets were being steam cleaned and when we came back our room was not excessible for 30 min so that put us late for our next reservations and our last time after coming back to our room exhausted hoping to pee and be on our way/ our room keys would not work and ended up waiting another 20 min for access into our room again! Personally while travelling I don’t spend a whole lot of time in our hotel room but we def need it when we need it and I have never had that happen before where the room I paid for is not available and has all my stuff inside..

We loved staying here. It was so close to everything we wanted to do and see. The sound machine in the room was nice to drown out the noises. Our kids absolutely LOVED the fire station across the street and watching the trucks come out and pull back in!

We have been to Chicago a number of times as a family, and this was the first time we have stayed here. This was an ideal location--just a couple of blocks from the "L," and close to restaurants and shops. It was a perfect place for us to spread out, it was very clean, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast was a nice bonus too--it was delicious and a great way to start off each day of sightseeing.

Hotel was clean and convenient to both the Magnificent Mile as well as the theater. Excellent size of room for our family of 5 with the 2 queen beds and an L-shaped pull-out sofa! Super friendly staff and very easy to valet park and also accommodated our need to check-in early! Very happy!!

Room is comfortable, if a tad on the small side, but good drawer and wardrobe space. Bathroom is also small but well laid out and the shower is great.
I was befuddled that the window shade was not blocking the light, only to realize on my last morning that there was a second shade that was the true light-blocker.
I didn't avail myself of the breakfast, though it seemed to be quite popular. The neighborhood is very walkable with a myriad of dining and shopping options. It is also very convenient to the Red Line (CTA) and a short, easy walk across the river to the Loop.
In preliminary information received from the hotel, I learned there is a $15 charge to store luggage due to "lack of space". Sorry, kids, that is a big black mark.
All in all, I would stay here again (at the right price point). It was, overall, an enjoyable experience.
