The area was excellent to enjoy time with family. We have to say that Javier and Fanny, the people from the catering were amazing. Their professional work and kindness were incredible.

I stayed here President's Day weekend & this hotel surpassed my expectations. Saul at the front desk gave us epic customer service. The rooms were so clean & comfortable bed & pillows. The breakfast & service of Javier & Fanny 66654446 stars for service! They had a great attitude towards guest, helped clean up & did a fantastic job. It is close to everything in walking distance. I kept raving to my family how amazing this hotel stay was. Absolutely perfect. My next hotel in Chicago is this one!

Great location which lets you walk to many of the famous Chicago’s attractions. Easy access to public transport. All staff was friendly and committed to help. Special kudos to Javier and Fanny at the restaurant who gave us a great start everyday day with good food, a nice chat and great service. Mg kids loved them.

Near restaurants and activities. Spacious, good breakfast with warm and friendly breakfast staff—Javier and Fannie. They were inviting, interested in guests, changing the environment from something cold and informal to warm and more re like family.

We just did a trip to Chicago, my husband and 3 of our teenage kids. We weren’t sure how the two Queen with pullout suite would do for our family of 5, but it was above our expectations! The room was spacious, clean and great decor! The kids loved running down to the second floor for included breakfast and brought us up morning beverages! The location is fantastic! A block away is Clark street with tons of restaurants and the streets are closed down to allowing for roaming about. The staff was super nice and helpful! I give our stay a 10/10!

The AC was down and it was 88 degrees in our room. No assistance was offered other than a box fan. Then to top it off I was double charged for valet parking and have been disputing the charge with the hotel which said it's not their problem that valet is it's own entity but yet the hotel gave them our cc to charge and we did not. The location was great but that's about it. As a travel planner on my own family trip I won't be recommending this to any of my clients and won't be returning.
