too many kids in pool

This is our 3rd time staying here and the rooms are huge for a family. We love everything about the hotel except the flimsy plastic toilet seats that shift while using them and give the illusion that you are about to fall in the toilet.

Traveled with kids … loved the breakfast.. the suite was perfect very spacious…. Wish there was a hot tub .. if u click on directions from Expedia it takes you somewhere else but I typed in th address and found the place … will definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and a great size, the shower was amazing (best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel), but there was only shampoo in the shower, no conditioner and no shower gel. Instead, there was a bottle of body lotion. Also, there were some leftover goldfish crackers in the heater that were missed by housekeeping (obviously put there by some mischievous kids, lol). They were very pet friendly as well; I have two dogs I travel with, and they made sure I was in a room that had easy access to an outside door. Unfortunately, the bed was far too firm and the pillows far too soft.

I love how clean and well maintained this property is. We stay here periodically as it's on the way for a long drive to visit family, and it's easily one of the nicest hotels we frequent.

We come here periodically as it's the halfway point for a very long trip to see family, and each time we come here it's an absolute delight. The front desk staff are very courteous. They are quick to point out facilities, available amenities, and they have a pleasing smile. The pool is well maintained. The parking lot and surrounding property is about as well maintained as it gets, the asphalt has no excessive cracking or potholes, the parking lines are recently painted, and the nearby restaurant has great food at good prices. The rooms are clean, we can't find any dirt on the carpet and the linens always have a fresh smell. The bathroom mirror is always spotless, and the bathroom smells clean. My son who's in his late teens and travels often made the remark "this is the nicest hotel I've been in, in like two years". Off the top of my head I don't know what other praise I can heap upon this place, but we always have a positive feeling whenever we stay here.

Check in was quick and efficient and I have no complaints about the staff. Room was clean and stylish too. Great options for bigger families to stay in one room.

Have stayed here several times while visiting family in the area. Always happy with this hotel.

It was a fine stay, nothing special but certainly not bad at all. My room smelled strongly of cleaner when we walked in, and sometime around bedtime that smell dissipated into a distinct cigarette smell which made it hard for my kids and I to sleep. Breakfast was not great, but not much worse than the average freebie.

Very nice place to stay, less than 20 minutes to the dunes! The pool is pretty basic, but okay for the kids.
