Best Western Plus Cottontree Inn

Great hotel with good location! Beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the large pool.

Very nice hotel for the price. Pool and Hottub were great. Only complaint is one of the front desk guys was on a power trip and told kids to quit playing games in the pool that followed the pool rules.

We had a group next to us drinking all night. They were so loud. We thought we could waite it out but as 2:30 AM rolled around i had to bring the staff in. 2:30 turned into 3 when it sounded like they left the room. We manged to cailm our kids down when their room alarm went off just befor 4 AM. This went on until 5:40AM. After that was turned off another alarm was started and placed in very close to the ajoinong door. I cam honestly say that this was the worst sray at any hotel I have ever had. The staff as professional about the problem but i just don't ever see myself staying here again. I have a full days worth or travel and 2 hours of sleep to do it on. My final thoughts here. The night staff did what she could and was professional and very kind. If the management is interested I have audio and videos that will backup the terrible group we had next to us.

This was our first trip to Idaho falls and this hotel had great reviews! We checked in super late, but had called ahead to let them know. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly. We were staying for 3 nights and each morning had a breakfast that was just a bit different. My kids loved the pancake maker and all the options. Our stay was great! Everone we interacted with so nice and even when i was sneaking into the kitchen at 2am...she was nice enough to help me. We would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times. It is clear across town from everything we do, but we stayed here because of the amazing 24/7 pool. We learned this trip, that the pool now closes at night - and no explanation was given as to when that happened and why. We will not be staying here anymore due to this. The rooms are good and the overall hotel is OK, but the pool always being open for the kids was the deal breaker.

Great place for families

This was a great stay for our family. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

Fantastic stay! All of the staff was wonderful and the pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy after a long day in the car. The icing on the cake was the wonderful woman working the breakfast in the morning - she was so friendly and telling jokes to everyone. What a wonderful way to start the day!

Families with children who fun and jump half the night should not be on the upper floors...

The hallways and the rooms had a bad smell and there weren’t any extra pillows for the pullout sofa. But the staff was very kind and accommodating, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. And I loved that the pool stayed open all night as we were there for dance competition and got back very late, so the kids were still able to swim.
