The room was clean. We traveled with family. Kids especially enjoyed the pool after long drive in the car. The breakfast has variety to choose from and it is conveniently located to the shops.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. However, we booked with this hotel because they had a pool. When we checked in, the pool was shut down for renovations. The website did not say anything about it nor did the staff. They had one small sign on the counter. We had a large group stay in the same hotel and a few of them had even called in to verify their reservations and had mentioned how excited the kids were to swim and not even then was anything mentioned about the pool being shut down. We had around 12 very disappointed children!

We rented a function room for our baby’s bday and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. We’re happy of our overall stay. Kudos to Misty and Maverick.

They sold our room before we got there. We reserved a room with 2 queens and they gave us a room with 1 king. With our baby there so i had to get a roll away bed which was horrible and ended up pulling the mattress off and sleeping on the floor. Day 2 they finally got us in a room with 2 queens

We took a family of 13 on vacation and stopped for a visit in Idaho Falls. The service we got at the Hampton was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the continental breakfast the next day. Great place to stay we highly recommend!
