La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Idaho Falls/Ammon

It was a fantastic stay but the only flaw was no batter for the waffle iron. Quite disappointing for the little ones because they were looking forward to having waffles. The first day was bad but two days in a row they couldnt understand.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean. We had a blast in the pool. The staff was so sweet to our family.

Overall a good experience. The room looked pretty clean as a whole but it did smell like wet dog even though it didnt look like there had been any dogs in there which tells me its been cleaned well just didnt quite get rid of the smell. The breakfast was fantastic and my kids loved it and the staff was really kind and helpful. The main pool was really cold though. Wouldve been nice if it was a few degrees warmer. Other than that was a great experience.

Awesome breakfast with several hot and cold options, clean rooms, family friendly, and the pool and spa was great.

Lacks soundproofing. We could hear stomping footsteps above us, someone showering, baby crying.

Really enjoyed our stay in a family suite with a loft. This room was spacious and well-laid out to suit our needs. Refrigerator worked great, and the fireplace was lovely. Unfortunately, the trim below the fridge was ripped off, and there were several lights burned out. The front desk took notes about need maintenance, so hopefully it was attended to. The sofa bed is TINY... sleeps one and then you can put another small person on the part of the sofa that permanently extends. Pool was fun for the kids... just had to wait for the maintenance guy to finish his chemical testing and clean up sand from someone else. Breakfast was plentiful with a bright, cheerful atmosphere and care by a lovely staff lady who kept things stocked and cleaned. Coffee and tea in the entryway was a nice- especially for getting a hot drink upon our late arrival. Noise level wasn't bad... seems to be a more solidly built building so we didn't hear a lot from the hallway. Overall, a great stay and we'd certainly return if opportunity presented itself.

Stay was great. Stayed in the family suite it was a perfect spot and the kids loved it. Tbe pool is so chrolinated that we only swam for about 10 min the main light in the room was missing.. but other than that great stay staff was friendly

The hotel room was amazing! We got the loft room, which had a queen sized bed, as well as a room with a door, that had a king sized bed. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice. The shower was amazing! Breakfast was fantastic, and not super crowded. My one big complaint, is the pool was closed. We werent really given a reason as to why, until the vedy end of our stay. Apparently the pump went out. This put a HUGE damper on our stay, because parents of small children can agree... its not fun to tell your kids theyre going swimming, and then get to a hotel and find out they cant. So I had 4 verh rambunctious kids running around the room, because they thought theyd be in a pool. If i had known their pool was closed, i absolutely wouldnt have stayed there

Maids cleaning a room at 11:30 at Night and were a little loud. I probably wouldn’t have noticed the maids but some guests were letting their kids scream and run in and out of the room and the door kept slamming.
