Good place to stay with our family. Nice breakfast and pool.

Our one night stay at Americinn was great. The building and room were clean. The Breakfast was very good with abundant options. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. We used the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the pool table too. It was a good value. Convenient access right off the highway. We would stay there again. My one complaint was the room was dimly lit, even with all the lights on. We had to open the curtains for sufficient light. Other than that, was a great place for 1 night.

We stayed here with our family of four. The location was great and room was clean. The front desk attendant seemed a bit shy and wasn’t super helpful but that was OK. The room however, had a few things that need fixing. The bathroom door didn’t lock, the TV didn’t work and the workers had to come and bring a cord to hook it up properly, and when we went to leave and grab our sodas from the fridge, they had frozen solid and made a mess all over. So overall I would say that though I think the housekeeping is doing a great job, the maintenance issues are not optimal for traveling families. Maybe it was just our particular room but who knows.

Nice, affordable motel with good rooms and a very nice pool/spa area! Very kid-friendly and the complimentary breakfast was also excellent. I would gladly stay here again.

It was perfect for myself and 4 kids

Stayed with my family of five over night, the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very firm which made it hard for me to sleep. The hot tub is great to sit in, but the pool had too much chlorine in it. The breakfast was awesome, they provided scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, bagels and a variety of drinks. Besides the firm bed and the hard nights sleep, this is a great place to stay over night.

We were staying in Rexburg for a family reunion. Everything with our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The one thing that we noticed was that the shower curtain was old and had some worn out spots.

Room was fine, except that there were multiple electic outlets that did not work in the room. With laptops and phones to chatge for me and my family, this waa quite frustrating.

It was my daughters birthday weekend. Got checked into and given a dirty room, wasn’t even the room I paid for with 4 kids. When I told the clerk, I was informed there were no clean rooms like the one I booked but he would give us a cheaper room and bring cots for the same price. Said I wanted the room I paid for. When I was told no, asked for a refund. Was told no on that as well. Asked for a manager, was told no, asked for a number, was told no. Asked for him to write a note on my receipt saying that I asked for a refund due to no clean rooms that I paid for, he refused. Said I was calling corporate, grabbed my receipt and was then called a very insulting name. All of this happened in front of my children. My kids are upset, daughters birthday was ruined, had to go get another hotel which then caused a fraud hold on my card because I bought two hotel rooms for the same night in two different towns. Had to return home and cancel plans for my daughter. Customer service didn’t help, managers didn’t help or care, and clerk lied his way out of it. Have the whole thing on video! This caused so much undue stress and complete embarrassment, not only to me but to my children, and completely ruined and destroyed the fun and plans we had for our daughters birthday. Now I am out not only a few hundred dollars for hotels, but we are out memories that should have been made for a kids birthday. Absolutely disgusting how we were treated!
