Our stay at this boutique hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived. We felt like we were family visiting other family! Every time we left, we were sent off to have a great day. Every time we returned, we were greeted as if just getting home. I mentioned the last night I was alone, and would be checking out by myself. What a sweet surprise. It was to have Cody the bellman Call me in the morning and ask what assistance I would like for my checkout. I can't imagine coming to Waikiki and staying Anywhere but this lovely hotel.

The beach was close by with Monk seals and there new baby. Wasn't happy that I requested a 2 double bed room and got a 1 king bed. A lot of money for one of us to have to sleep on a roll a way bed.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Lotus Hotel!! The staff was courteous, accommodating, and attentive! We especially want to thank the Manager Melissa and Reception Christiann for making our stay enjoyable and memorable! We stayed in the penthouse suite and woke to stunning views and Hawaiian hospitality! Mahalo to ALL the staff, we look forward to returning soon!

The staff at Lotus went above and beyond being courteous to my family! From welcoming us on the very first day, to saying Hello every time we walked through the lobby. Although they could not accommodate a late check out for us, they offered us everything they could do to accommodate our late flight out. Lotus, your staff showed us the true meaning of Hawaiian hospitality. Mahalo!!

A rainy weekend in Waikiki is a great staycation. We’ve stayed at a bunch of places in Waikiki, and these rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our corner room featured a great view of Diamond Head, and you could see the mountains and the ocean as well. The staff is young and a little quirky, but helpful and happy to help. The robes were simple and pretty, so we treated ourselves to two. The baby seal was just a few steps away at the Outrigger beach, and was a special treat for my Mrs.
