Staff was amazingly friendly. The hotel is run down and the room was dirty. I found girls panties on the floor, half bottle of gatorade, and a womans fingernail. There was also food crumbs on the dresser. The air conditioner didnt work, the sink clogged up in the bathroom, the neighbor had screaming kids, and when they shut rhe door the whole wall shakes. Not to mention the road construction made all kinds of noise. Definitely not worth the price. When i contacted the staff regarding the problems, they offered me a free breakfast. No thanks...

This was my first visit to Waikiki and I had no idea what to expect with so many hotels to choose from. The Twin Fin was brillant for us. The family room accommodated four of us quite comfortably and had everything we needed. The Diamond Head view was a bonus !! Great stay. We will be back.

It was a great location , family friendly hotel. Just steps from the beach. There’s a cafe stop just outside with delicious crepes and coffee. Many stores to shop, eat and enjoy. Will definitely come back, thank you for your hospitality

I wish the A.C. was cooler. The room felt humid and carpet was just a little damp at all times. Otherwise location was on point and staff was kind and helpful. My view from the balcony was top notch. I would not trade it for anything else but maybe an Ocean front view next time. As a first time visitor to Hawaii, my visit was a positive experience. I can’t wait to come back with my grown children.

Other than arriving during “GRADUATION WEEK” and had lots of loud and annoying kids in the hallways and pool area all hours of the night and day! Wish I was advised of such an event!

The hotel, and room was great. I booked this hotel due to the reviews stating it was great for families. However upon arrival, we noticed a bunch of kids without chaperones. “Gradweek” was in town, and the reason I say it’s very unsafe was because there was no security. Highschool kids were screaming till 2-4 in the morning in the hallways while our children were trying to sleep. Very inconvenient. Also playing in the elevators. Just overall disappointing for our first time in the beautiful state of Hawaii. This could’ve easily been avoided if the hotel had security in place…

We enjoyed our stay. The service was friendly and welcoming. We had a junior suite at first we got the 6th floor but the view was that of palm trees. It was brought to attention of the desk and they were able to move us to the 9th floor where the view was much better. The breakfast was great with a wonderful view.

It’s an older hotel, but well maintained and clean. Great beach area. Walking to food is easy. Great family hotel. I’m highly recommend.
