We had a wonderful stay! We arrived early and they gave us an early checkin. The room was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect with the beach an easy walk just across the street. Beach chairs and towels were a huge bonus. We had a city view but was surprised with a beautiful view of the water. Pool area was great. Perfect for families. We will definitely be back!

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It was advertised as a 4 stars hotel (so we spent more to stay at Queen’s) but we didn’t feel like it was worthy as a 4 stars hotel at all. Room was pretty old and dated with popcorn ceiling; no water kettle, no coffee maker provided, the bathroom had no fan ventilation; both beds were sagging/ wormed down. The worst part was there were cockroaches (one huge and one baby cockroaches) we had encountered in our room. The big one crawled on our bed and my hand. It really scared me and woke me and my baby up. Then I called guest service to let them know about it, the guy worked at the front desk said he is going to send someone up to take care of it, but we waited for about an hour, still no one showed up. I complained to the front desk, the lady worked there did apologize and removed one night of the hospitality fee/ resort fee and gave us a small can of Hawaiin cookie. (Feel like they should remove all three nights of the resort fee since we didn’t use any of the resort amenities at all and the stay was bad especially the big cockroach crawled on our bed which made us feel like they didn’t keep up w/ their pest control service and the cleanliness/ hygiene of the rooms. Also she said we watched a movie on our first night, but we didn’t watch any movie, but she did remove the charge from our bill. The location is a bit off for us with a baby, too much walking). The ocean view was okay and the staffs at the hotel were all friendly.

My family and I stayed at the Queens in April for spring break. The check in took less than 10 mins. Our room was not ready, when it was, the room setting was perfect and we were also upgraded from city view to Mountain View. The cafe downstairs is cute and convenient. The 3rd is floor is where the restaurant and pool are located. Food was delicious. The staff here are very helpful. They all so kind. Overall we would stay at this hotel again!

The friendly, genuine, and most kindest hotel staff I have experience with at any hotel. The hospitality is unmatched. Very clean hotel and smells nice, hints of pineapple! The location is great because it's very close to the zoo, 1 block from the beach, 2 blocks from a scooter rental company. There is accessible bus lines 1 block away and the ABC store is right around the corner too. Convenient coffee shop down in the lobby and Restaurant on the 3rd floor. Pool is clean, never rowdy with kids. Very pet friendly hotel.

Beds fairly comfortable and staff was excellent. Condition of property is good for its age. Our room did not have a coffee maker or kettle (may be available on request?). Not s fan of the poor quality Chinese toiletries that you see in many budget hotels such as this-so be prepared if it’s important part of the stay. Facilities are obviously dated, (rusty bathroom hinges, old fixtures) but not enough to deter a return booking. Not particularly family friendly. The location has its pros and cons. There is an ABC market store and Starbucks within a few minutes (the hotel also has average coffee and restaurant on-site but we found them to be average). This part of town seems to have more of a homeless community and the sidewalks and overall vibe was a bit grungy. Overall, staff and decent location are the highlights here-come with realistic expectations for a value stay.

Awesome facility. Great staff, valets were best-in-class. Right at Waikiki beach but at the end so not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Love the park beside it and the view of diamond head is amazing. Will stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

I booked this property because its noted as clean and has onsite parking. When i arrived i was first told there was no parking for us because its full. Then we were given directions to 3 different parking garages off site that in the end turned out to be full. So i spent over 1 hour looking for parking at night with my two kids. Then when we first arrived the elevator was filled with piss from a dog. This happened twice. At night they vaccume the carpet around 1030pm in front of my room and leave a loud floor blower on for hours. The room doors do not filter out the sound at 11pm. In the bedroom we thought that none of the customer facing outlets work. But to my surpirse theres a light switch with no label that controls all the outlets. We were not informed of this upon check in. The room was nice. But with all the greif i recieved from management i would never return here unless it was the only choice left. I would rather spend an extra 40$ a night on a better managed property.

We come to Hawaii all the time and it was my brother’s family first trip to Hawaii. We wanted to to create a good first impression for them. We chose this hotel because of the 4 stars rating and ocean view rooms. My brother didn’t get the ocean view room at checkin, it was partial ocean view at best. The reason given was the hotel fully booked. I would expect some forms of hotel credits to compensate for this but none were offered.
