Had a great time staying at Park shore. Can’t beat the location. The staff were nice and have great attitude. Comfortable bed and clean linens. The hotel is outdated compare to other resort BUT the location and price point is the ultimate deciding factor. Perfect for family. A lot of dining option and the beach just across the street. Will definitely come back to this location for future travel.

This is the worst we've ever had. Sleep and wake up in the middle of the night. Because the hotel alarm went off. We have to walk out at 1:00 p.m. We need kids. This is very bad. We will not book in this hotel next time and will not trust this platform again

The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach and shopping avenue closeby. We could see bus stop right across. Area seemed really safe. We stayed in a room with ocean view and it was a fabulous view. Room was average size and room service was decent. Cons: Very expensive valet parking fees. There was no option of self-parking so valet parking was the only option which was equal to rental car fee. So whoever is planning to stay here, please keep budget for exorbitant parking fee and resort fee. Despite the resort fee, they charge extra if you want a crib for baby.

Occupancy 4 room was tight. Was told that we had the second largest room type we could get. Issues: The handle in the shower kept falling off. Super small trash cans in room. Rooms cleaned every other day- that’s tough when going to the beach every day! Ice machines not working on every floor. Pool closes at dusk! However, it’s located on the “quieter” end of Waikiki, so the beach wasn’t as crowded as further up. Decent restaurants around too. An okay place to stay if you have kids with you. Decent enough….

Stayed there for a week. The room wasn't the best I experienced but the location is great. This place has lots to offer such as free rental of beach equipments, beach towels, and free coffee in the morning. The cons are the housing keeping is every other day and they don't give you enough toiletries. A tiny set of shampoo and shower gel were provided for two days of use. Frankly, a family of three will use it all in one day for one shower.

The hotel front desk, bellman were friendly and helpful. House keeping every other day. It seemed like they did minimal. They have a problem keeping lanai areas clean of bird droppings. It was very disappointing that I had to request it be cleaned 3 times. The pool wasn’t cleaned at all the two weeks we were there. There is a thick gray ring around the tile at waterline. The hotel has a perfect location to bus service and food. The beach is across the street. They don’t have a way to keep local teens out of the pool area. They smoked and were loud with inappropriate language. Definitely not what you want your children subjected to.

The Lobby is in pretty good condition but the hallway on the 4th floor was old & in need of updating, our room was about as good as a cheap motel chain, the lampshades in the room had stains as if some1 dried items on the shades, the window sill was stained & dirty, there was a patched up hole in the bathroom, the toilet seat cracked & the bathroom door is a pocket door, it didnt lock & didnt stay closed, the bathroom didnt have a fan either, the coffee in the lobby was really good, you can hear people in the room next to you & kids crying, i wouldnt stay here again

Great location , staff friendly, overall a little dated. Good value for resort fees with daily equipment rental. Free water machines and towels. More adult than kid orientated in my opinion. Enjoyed stay.
