Well, they were very busy with kids basketball teams. But, overall very little interest in guests. We sat for one hour in the lobby,waiting for a room. The room was okay, nothing special. It was located well for our purposes, and there was a decent restaurant within walking distance. I rate it just ok.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was terrific. We had to plead for towels daily and there were 2 out of 5 days that staff did not “refresh” our room. We had 3 adults and one small child and they would leave us one bath towel. Every time but once when we called the front desk to request more towels they told us we would have to come down to get them. The one staff person who brought the towels up to us definitely understood and embraced customer service. He was terrific! The rest could benefit from additional education regarding how to interact with hotel guests.

Had a very nice time there. Would highly recommend it to friends and family
