We spent one night with our baby. This was our first time staying at TownePlace Suites. The room was clean and so was the kitchenette. The dishes appeared new which was surprising as some places they are worn and chipped. Very happy with the stay and will do again in the future.

The people were very friendly. They gave us 2 sets of towels for a 2 bedroom suite knowing there were 6 people staying in the room. They did not clean while we were there, don’t know if they were supposed to or not. The beds were comfortable, room was clean. It is a little small for 6 people, but we were all family so it worked out fine. The hallways were like a freezer. They were so cold we ran through them just to get out of them. Not sure what that was all about.

Overall you could tell they just didn't care. No eggs at 8 am for a full hotel? Sorry we're just out (you send staff to the store guys). Hard-boiled eggs that were at least a couple days old. Milk for cereal that that was literally rancid. Trying to put my family of four in a room with one bed when we checked in.

Property is a little old (pardon the pun) but clean and close enough to the restaurants to walk to. Parking is easy. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. Decent price for the hotel. Oh and try the cookies at reception before the kids get them all!

The reception staff were very help full and the lady who did the breakfast was great. The pool is a lovely size. I had the room next to the stairs and children running up and down shouting late in the evening 21pm after being in the pool was very disturbing. But over all i really enjoyed my stay.
