Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tallahassee Conference Ctr N, an IHG Hotel

As soon as you open the door, you smell the cleaning supplies that they used. The hotel was beautiful nonetheless. We did not visit the pool since we are there only for the night night. We had the continental breakfast which was $1 per person and the kids eat. It was a combination of hot buffet breakfast and cold breakfast. You have to ask for coffee or tea or juices. All they have out is water.

Stayed here for just one night with my husband and two boys ages 3 and 6 years old. We had a busy weekend and drove up Saturday night to attend a friend’s baby shower on Sunday afternoon. We were happy to find the hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Our room was perfect for the night. If we had a longer stay, we would have chosen a suite for our boys to have more space to play. The beds were very comfortable, all of the surfaces felt clean and well kept. Our tornado children did force us to discover that a drawer did not work properly and that a curtain was being help up with a paper clip, but honestly if our six year old wasn’t so excited to be in a nice hotel, we would’ve never noticed and I’m sure the upkeep team will get to fixing that eventually. It did not take away from the stay at all, as my husband was able to easily put it back up. He works in maintenance, so we understand they could just be waiting on a new curtain rod to arrive. Our only true issue was that there was not enough kitchen staff to keep up with the Sunday morning breakfast demand. One guy in the back is truly unfair to all of us beginning with the poor guy himself. The one guy at the front desk and the hostess were all working hard to clean tables, meanwhile the one waitress was working hard to tend to the demands of the same two tables that would absolutely not leave and bombarded the buffet each time food was finally brought out by the one cook. This needs a better system and more staff.

Phenomenal, this property real xame through for me and my family. Unexpectedly we needed to leave a nearby hotel because of roaches in our room and with a lot of the hotels being unavailable Holiday Inn came through for us in a major way !!! The property was so clean and the staff was amazing.

Was visiting family. I booked this same hotel earlier this year. I have had to travel a lot for work. I had to stay in some dumps. This hotel makes up for all that. It is relatively new. It is well kept and clean. And the breakfast is awesome. For guests it is only $1.

Hotel was clean, room was clean and comfy, cook to order food was delicious, staff wasn’t the friendliest especially when it came to kids, they also weren’t very helpful. Bartender was grumpy and front desk staff had no personalities. Also there was a lot of marijuana being smoked on premises. Some guests that were traveling with us were charged 2-3 times with no explanation, they were just told the money would be returned to that card. $1000 tied up is a lot of money.
