Best Western Plus Tallahassee North Hotel

Two day stay for a conference and visit my family members.

I have always enjoyed my stays with Best Western. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel as I have family who live in the Tallahassee area. My only complaint about the room this time is that the shower curtain in my room was in terrible condition and was missing several hooks. It should be replaced, but everything else was excellent

We reserved a king suite accessible room. The roll in shower was the highlight for my hubby! Everything was clean, towels nice, toilitries better than standard fare. TV was a little tricky to use, but figured it out. The bed was decent. The walls seem to be thin, we could hear a small child running back and forth a lot, but couldn't tell if he was upstairs or next door. Could also hear this child crying. When in the bathroom, we could hear conversation and the TV in the room next door. The hot breakfast was nice. The clerks at check in and out were friendly and professional. Even the housekeeping staff was friendly! We did find the pole lamp plug in the room had been crammed by the small couch. We had to pull out the couch and straighten the plug for the light to work. The side entrance we were advised to use is a little steep for someone with mobility issues, but this entrance was closest to our room. The front door works better for access. All in all this was the nicest hotel we stayed at for our 4 day road trip. I would highly recommend it.

quick decision to stay here for the night and it went very smoothly. Only problem breakfast was a little scarce of items for the kids. Other than that it was a great stay and quiet night.

The checkin was smooth and the agent very welcoming explains all the info needed with a smile. She offered us water/juice for kids, the room was clean and great breakfast variety. I only didn’t give 5 stars because the shower was inop but they quickly sent a maintenance man to repair it at 11pm when we checked in. He too was professional and the room was spacious. Recommend for families.

It was very nice. The room was clean and bed comfortable. My family and I slept well.

We were in Talley for a quick visit to family. This hotel is in a great location, easy to find. Clean, quiet, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast on Sunday morning was well stocked. The hot food was hot, the juices were full. There were water bottles and bananas and apples to grab for breakfast on the run, as well as wrapped breakfast pastries.

This Best Western was a very pleasant surprise! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Our request for 1st floor due to aging Mother's visual imparement was met with no problems. Room was clean, it was quiet and breakfast was very good! Thank you and should we need a hotel again in Tallahassee, this will be the place we go. Thank you for such a pleasant experience during a stressful time for our family.

They checked me in almost an hour later than check in time. I had an issue with their staff giving me dirty looks. When I talked to the front desk the guy dismissed me completely and wouldn’t talk to me about the situation. I felt very unsafe and I welcomed in the hotel and I arched my back because of my kids being there with me. I really felt like my families safety was in jeopardy.
