The staff was very friendly and even accommodated a baby crib for us. Can’t wait to visit this hotel again!

When I first came after calling to inform them I rain into weather issues I would have a late check in which they stated was fine. I gave my member number to only discover when I arrived the rooms were canceled and nothing was under my honor rewards. Everything had to be rebooked and new room accommodated. Then on top of that my family and I went down for breakfast and paid for our food they charged it to the room again. So they had to fix all of that throughout everything I had already been through at checkout. Plus they I realized they put 3 $75 holds on my card instead of 1. The place was very clean I can say, the food is great, rooms are nice but the communication with the staff is horrible!

My husband and I stayed her while visiting family nearby. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, restaurant food was delicious, bartenders were great, and most of all… ALL the staff throughout were so incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also loved the location and surrounding walkable area. This is be our new home away from home when we visit family!

Great place to stay, very friendly staff who was patient with me and my family during check in (we tend to me chaotic for no real reason). You will not be disappointed!
