The room that we stayed in was like an echo-chamber! An end unit that had doors on either side of the hall. Our neighbors rolled in after midnight with what sounded like 8 kids. They screamed and ran the hallway on/off for 2 hours. Terrible night! Also, the road noise which was right outside our window made it sound like we were on the acutal road. After traveling all day from SC, we needed rest and got NONE! We finally got up early as there was no power from the storm. We were surprised that there was no generator to at least have lights in order to shower.

I liked how quiet and clean the hotel was. The staff was very helpful. I had forgotten a shower cap and needed an extra pillow. They were very accommodating. My family and I loved the breakfast that was included.

Horrible experience! Loud neighbors who we heard all night. Loud music played outside from someone’s car. My family visited Tallahassee for a FSU campus tour. We were so exhausted the day of the tour because we did not get adequate rest. There was a young lady at the desk that was kind. The breakfast tables were dirty. I had to clean my table. Which at that point I no longer wanted breakfast. There are so many options other than this place. Do yourself a favor and find a better hotel. This is not it. We paid $199 a night plus taxes and fees. This was not worth it. I feel scammed. I only went with this location because of its proximity to FSU. I would rather drive 30 min. than to go through this kind of experience again.

Very pleased with my stay. I travel to Tallahassee frequently as I have two kids enrolled at FSU; have stayed in a variety of low-mid-priced hotels. This property was clearly among the best I have d stayed at. Clean & well-kept, everything in room worked, friendly & efficient staff. As I have several more trips planned there over the next few months I will definitely consider this property first!

Several things were upsetting. First of all, upon check in, we went up to our rooms…and they seem to have given another guest the same room. This person opened our rom while my kids and I were changing. We also had a family emergency, so we had to check out a day early. They would not discount or refund the day we weren’t there. Very upsetting.
