Candlewood Suites Tallahassee, an IHG Hotel

We stayed one night and the room was clean, with a full kitchenette and the room are big. The staff was nice and we really had a great stay with our kids.

There was a guy with his car on blocks rebuilding his brakes in the parking lot. I think there are families living here. They are pet friendly so there are a lot of barking dogs here. From the outside it looks pretty good but I am glad I am only staying one night.

This property is off the main roads and feels like a safe place to stay at. I had 4 family members with me and we had no issues at all. Great Stay

I chose this hotel because another family member has stayed here. It’s quiet/ spacious/ easy to get to. I would stay here again but some insight: if you forget anything (ie: toothbrush paste) it is FOR SALE at the desk- typically these items are free. There is no room service (no big deal), there are kitchens and cooking items, full fridge and freezer. It was clean and tucked back off the road.

My family and I stayed here just passing through and it was great. I would also love to stay here if it was longer. I am very picky about where I stay in. This was a great place to stop very clean. Very easy to get to.

08/19/2022 Friday, 5:45 am, a pipe broken in the hallway in front of my room (109). My room and others were flooded by the water and the fire alarm was actived at the same time. All my family (myself, my wife and daughter), scared to death, had to run under a torrential rain until the lobby. Also our dog, a 15 years old lady.Actually we were woke up by the fire alarm. It was a nightmare. When we saw the ceiling we thought that all the building would collapse. The compensation offered by the hotel was a pet fee refund. I wish them the best, they will need it, but we will never book again in this hotel. Finally but no least, room 109 is for persons with disabilities ( I dont know why this is not informed in the booking process) and I can not imagine a disabilited person in that situation.
