The hotel is average; beds were ok, comfortable enough for a hotel bed. The bathroom could use a hand towel bar so the towel doesn’t lay on the counter. Breakfast not so good, but it could be worse. I like they give flavored creamer for coffee. Staff need to be trained better in how they handle frustration or anger- one morning when we walked down for breakfast, a very upset employee was in the laundry room speaking/yelling very loudly that I could hear her all the way out to the front lobby, & she was using rather colorful language. Definitely not what I want to hear, & especially my children to hear.

My family and i came up for a FSU game. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, great location. Our stay was good and the room was clean. My only issue was some of the housekeeping staff was completely unprofessional. Some did not speak and another was cleaning a room with the door open using foul language. Other than that i enjoyed my stay especially the close proximity to stores,etc.
