We had a wonderfully relaxing end of summer family getaway in Saint Augustine Beach. We love the amenities which include easy access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas available. The pool is beautiful and it’s really nice to have the bar/restaurant at the pool. The complementary breakfast was Delicious and had lots of options, including made to order omelettes. I also really enjoyed the rocking chairs around the fire pits. All in all, this is a fantastic location and we will definitely be back.

I would personally never stay here again. There’s a lot of hidden fees on top of an outrageous cost to stay per night. There’s an incidental fee of $100, which they ended up charging me twice for. You HAVE to valet park for $40 plus tipping them anytime you need your vehicle and a $25 resort fee. Plus they were doing construction on the beach near the pier so you couldn’t even access the beach in front of the resort. They only have 3 elevators for the whole place and our room was 2 miles away. They also only have about 5 luggage carts for everyone staying there so if you don’t pay extra for the valet to get your luggage, you will not get a cart and have to carry all your belongings. The pool closed for over an hour when “there was lightning miles away” but never actually rained. The bar called “castaway cantina” was also closed when we checked in around 4 because of lightning in the area. The pool has strict rules and closes right at 8pm unlike other hotels in the area that let you swim or access the beach whenever. The staff at the pool was not very friendly. Overall not my type of place to stay with our family of four. The only positive thing I would say is that the free breakfast was pretty good and there’s a lot of options.

Property brings resort like function to Saint Augustine beach. Pricey, but you get what you pay for! I enjoyed my stay and would return. Nicely appointed property. Rooms are clean, modern, and are well equipped for todays traveler. The hotel is also pet friendly a plus for my family as well. Staff is professional even though they are overworked from my perspective. They always came to my rescue! Thanks!

The hotel is very nice and luxurious but what I didn't like was that the nearby pool is closed very early and the children want to keep playing there and they take us out. The hotel is on the beach but you have to walk a lot anyway to get to the sea. When we went the hotel was under construction and for that reason you walked more to get to the beach. We had the room on the side that was passing the construction cars and trucks and very early there was already a lot of noise.
The hotel is very nice and everyone is very friendly, the lobby is very nice and clean. The valet parking was good too. The food is very delicious.

We are a family of 6 and this is our 3rd time staying at this hotel for a little getaway. Everything here is excellent. They are doing some construction on the front of the beach because of the hurricane that passed over last year. So for now the beach access is on the left side of the hotel. But it doesn’t even bother me. Our family loves this hotel in St.Augustine and everything in the area.

The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly and professional. The pool area was awesome!!! Big pool, excellent wait staff, full bar, cabanas for rent, and at certain times of the day they would have activities for the kiddos! We had a wonderful breakfast to include made to order omelets. We had an excellent Father’s Day meal in the Hotel restaurant!! A wonderful getaway, will do this again!

I didn't like the minimalist room, no chests for clothes, dull, no color in room. Booked a better view room, was put in pkg lot room view, changed 3 hr wait for another room, still not view expected, but better than 1st. We were told this was a walkable location and did not rent a car for that reason. That made it very difficult, chasing transportation a lot. I wish hotel had some entertainment in their function room once in awhile, even if pd admission , fine. It was a pretty place , but was boring.Too many dogs jumping in frt of feet and snapping at sm kids. the restaurant was good, but need some daily menu additions, too lmtd same all week.

This was a lovely resort hotel. I enjoyed the daily hot breakfast, the cocktail hour in the late afternoon that comes with entertainment. I love the view of the ocean, the balcony outside the room to sit and read (chairs could be better), the towels and chairs that are offered to sit by the pool or down on the beach. It is a hotel for couples and families. Great place to stay for relaxation.

It was disappointing to arrive and find we could not access the beach due to dredging. However, they did supply transportation to the public beach. The pool is lovely and very family friendly hotel. Frankie and Corrine were so friendly and provided exceptional service. Staff was accommodating!! Complimentary breakfast was good and offered freshly made omelette each morning. Definitely use the bus into town from the hotel! Very convenient.
