We had a wonderfully relaxing end of summer family getaway in Saint Augustine Beach. We love the amenities which include easy access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas available. The pool is beautiful and it’s really nice to have the bar/restaurant at the pool. The complementary breakfast was Delicious and had lots of options, including made to order omelettes. I also really enjoyed the rocking chairs around the fire pits. All in all, this is a fantastic location and we will definitely be back.

I would personally never stay here again. There’s a lot of hidden fees on top of an outrageous cost to stay per night. There’s an incidental fee of $100, which they ended up charging me twice for. You HAVE to valet park for $40 plus tipping them anytime you need your vehicle and a $25 resort fee. Plus they were doing construction on the beach near the pier so you couldn’t even access the beach in front of the resort. They only have 3 elevators for the whole place and our room was 2 miles away. They also only have about 5 luggage carts for everyone staying there so if you don’t pay extra for the valet to get your luggage, you will not get a cart and have to carry all your belongings. The pool closed for over an hour when “there was lightning miles away” but never actually rained. The bar called “castaway cantina” was also closed when we checked in around 4 because of lightning in the area. The pool has strict rules and closes right at 8pm unlike other hotels in the area that let you swim or access the beach whenever. The staff at the pool was not very friendly. Overall not my type of place to stay with our family of four. The only positive thing I would say is that the free breakfast was pretty good and there’s a lot of options.

This was a lovely resort hotel. I enjoyed the daily hot breakfast, the cocktail hour in the late afternoon that comes with entertainment. I love the view of the ocean, the balcony outside the room to sit and read (chairs could be better), the towels and chairs that are offered to sit by the pool or down on the beach. It is a hotel for couples and families. Great place to stay for relaxation.

The food and service was excellent here, everything was perfect, the beds were so comfortable, the rooms were very clean and the pool was so fun. They have so many activities and things to do for kids. I went with my two toddlers and we had a great time. Definitely coming back

It was disappointing to arrive and find we could not access the beach due to dredging. However, they did supply transportation to the public beach. The pool is lovely and very family friendly hotel. Frankie and Corrine were so friendly and provided exceptional service. Staff was accommodating!! Complimentary breakfast was good and offered freshly made omelette each morning. Definitely use the bus into town from the hotel! Very convenient.

We purchased an ocean view suite, but when we got there they were working on the beach directly in front of us with several earth moving machines( that were very noisy) that worked day and night, with spotlights at night that shown into our suite. Therefore no beach access and no being able to listen to the waves. Due to the noise and the lights at night the use of the balcony was limited. We paid premium dollar for this suite for the view and balcony, and we did not see or use either! We were not told that this major work was going on until the DAY WE ARRIVED, so no way to cancel, which we would have done. We had email conversations with the management, we told them what we thought was a fair price to make up for these issues, they said they would get back to us, NEVER DID. What a way to run a major hotel chain! Needless to say we will not be staying at a Hilton hotel again, and will spread the word to my family and friends. By the way we are Hilton Honors members.

Very expensive. Hotel only has one elevator and a loooong walk to get to our room. Bar in lobby not open until 4pm, no bar food available during day unless you go out by pool which is another looong walk. Happy hour reception is veggies, dip, goldfish, and trail mix. Expected more for $500/night. Free breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. Restaurant opens at 4pm and food was good but pricey. Room was nice. Pool loaded with kids. Sitting area outside and in lobby excellent. For the money I will be finding somewhere else to stay.

Amazing place!! This will now be our new hotel to stay at every-time we come to St. Augustine! The staff went way over and beyond what we have ever seen at a hotel! We have been telling many friends and family about this hotel! Thank you so much for making our experience amazing!

I like the fact that the hotel has a lot of space both indoor and outdoor to relax with family members.
We booked the hotel because of its easy access to the beach. However, when we checked in, we were told that the beach has been washed away by a storm. That was disappointing. We didn't like the fact that we had to pay for valet parking. that should have been included in the room rental.
