Stayee there two weekends in a row but not sure if ill be back for a 3rd. First visit was great. Second visit room was more expensive, yet way smaller. Room had a musty smell and tv wasnt connected to internet so we couldnt stream. Sid they would send someone up. Waited about 45 mins and told them to forget it bc our handicapped child was already asleep. The location is very good . Close to the theme parks and right across from the outlets. Parking and breakfast were included, which is nice.

Good for all people either any country , family hotel , walking huge shoping , food , returent . Good breakfast , friendly hotel .

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. Parking was plentiful. Check-in was quick and easy. You use your keycard to access your floor, which I appreciated. The room was spacious and clean. The bedroom has a closet to hang clothes and iron/ironing board. The bed and pillows were comfortable although my partner found the mattress too soft. The kitchen was well stocked with basic dishes, glassware, silverware and a coffee machine with pods (the coffee is on the weak side but it’ll do in a pinch). It also has a full-size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. And they offer cooktops upon request. The bathroom had liquid hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and shower gel all in large bottles attached to various places—and they smell great. It also had a hair dryer (no diffuser) and plenty of towels for our stay. Breakfast had a lot of great options: egg bites, bacon, breads and bagels, pastries, waffle station (Mickey mouse shaped), cereal station, fruit, yogurt, juices, and coffee (better than the one in the room). We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and was not crowded. Really enjoyed how communal the lobby areas felt with families eating their breakfasts or waiting for their free shuttle to the parks—there were always folks around.

The property was amazing and much better than expected. They even had breakfast in the morning which made it very convenient. The property was very family friendly and the staff was always kind and approachable.

The staff were professional and friendly, and offered personal care. The breakfast was amazing! I recommend this hotel to families and anyone traveling thank you very much for a comfortable stay.

The stay was decent once we changed rooms after staff allowed someone to use the bathroom in the room that was given to my family and I, because the bathroom in the lobby was being occupied! It was poop in the unfleshed toilet! Very nasty!!!!

I will definitely stay with my family again. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. My daughter said the sofa bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very good on both days. They change up the breakfast and have lots of variety of foods. The kids liked the Mickey Mouse waffles. If you love to shop this is the spot because the outlet stores is walking distance. There are also different restaurants as well. Even the helicopter tour is close to this hotel.
