The stay was just ok. The hotel itself looked nice enough. Rooms were smaller than I would have liked. There was no dresser. Bathroom was nice and roomie but a waste of space that could have been better used for the main room itself. Housekeeping did not come by the first morning to change sheets and towels. Had to complain to front desk and make sure they came by the next day. Pool table was useless as cue sticks had broken tips and other game table was not properly maimtained. Breakfast options were not bad. Downside is that there isn't enough space and tables to sit if you're with family. Shuttles available to certain acrivities but schedule is extremely limited to almost one run per day.

It was a very good stay.Staff are accomodating.But the breakfast it could had been better if every other day they have alternate for sausage. Our last night was not comfortable,the kids on the next floor keeps on running and it so irritating to our ears to hear their heavy footprints.

Hotel staff was great to deal with. Hotel was very clean, Breakfast was good and kids lived the pool. Safe location across the street from the outlet mall.

Lets talk about it... check in was okay. Front desk did not offer any general direction to where the room waa nor did they provide a map of layout nor did they advise of any alternate entrances on the other sides of the bldg bcuz parking on another side having ro tote your bags around the entire bldg and into the front entrance is a pain. Front desk says they do not offer maps and the sheet they provide that "haa everything on it" - actually doesnt. Breakfast. Lets explore this... $13 addiotional meal per person EVEN IF THEY ARE SMALL CHILDREN. The hostess says 4 per room. They count the ppl who come to breakfast and who are in your room. I paid it, whatever I was willing to deal with it however there are NO POSTED SIGNS EXPLAINING THIS nor were there signa posted to advise that you cant take food back to your room however the kids were stopped and told they couldnt but i saw other ppl taking their food probably bcuz the dining area is small. If the hotel was properly treated for pests, it wouldnt be an isssue. 🙃 ANTS!!! the first night I didn't even realize they were all over the desk and the outlet under the desk crawling up onto our stuff until the 2nd day when our snacks got ruined on the other side of the room. I opened my Beach blanket and ants were all over it. I opened my brand new bag with clean clothes and it had them crawling in there. Yikes!! There’s so much more I don’t have room for. I should have read the real reviews not fake positive stars

We have stayed here twice in 2 years and both times we have enjoyed our stay. Very clean rooms and family friendly.

It was very dirty. Had ants and spiders. I complained and they switched me to another room the same. I asked for an extra pillow and they said they had none!!!! They came to clean my room and left the floors unclean. They did nothing to do the floors. Which I noticed they had no mop or broom or anything. My stay was very uncomfortable because I have toddlers and there was ants all around the room. Also I really needed the extra pillow for my baby so he wouldn't fall off the bed and for them to say they had none in a big hotel I couldn't believe it. I want a reimbursement. I spoke to them and they said it had to go through Expedia.!!!!

Good place near shopping and food. Family friendly (I was a solo traveler and so I hear many kids crying at night, so the rooms are not as quiet as I would have liked)

The hotel walls are paper thin. You can hear everything above you and on the sides of you. There were baby ants everywhere. Toilet paper is super thin. No microwave in the room. Overall, convenient location. Breakfast included. Clean room. Affordable price.

We booked a stay for six nights for a familystay in Orlando. The hotel in itself was nice and new nut we did not receive any room tidy/cleaning which was quite unpractical. The hotel does not provide any cleaning unles you go to the front desk and give notice that you want cleaning, we let them know twice that we needed room cleaning (removal of trash, new towels and so on), but we did not get any cleaning despite that the front desk officer confirmed that we would get it. Except from the lack of cleaning, the stay was nice.

Big and comfortable room, quiet environment, ample parking space and good breakfast. Great for family stays too and free transportation to Epcot Theme park was bonus. Overall a good stay.
