Only complaint we had was the toilet stall in our suite had a horrible smell and needed a good sanitizing. On a more pleasant note, the elderly porter named, Alvaro went above and beyond with his efforts to track down our luggage. We had to be shifted to a different room because our family of 4 just couldn't sleep in one king bed. Somehow our baggage went astray for a couple of hours and Alvaro tracked it down and delivered it to our newly assigned room. He also visited with us as we passed through the lobby a few times, and made us feel more at home. The people at registration were also friendly and helped us feel more comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay BUT - we had booked 2 queens and the hotel had none available and we were traveling with our children. Even after requesting 2 cots, we only ever got 1 so our youngest slept on two pushed together lounge chairs. Of course, we had no blankets for either the cot or the makeshift loungechair bed and had to call housekeeping 3 times over the course of 2 hours to get blankets. That really soured the rest of the experience.

This hotel needs renovations like carpet, put basic amenities inside the room like microwave, water bottles, provide free wifi inside the rooms. Temperature controlled swimming pool. Over all, this is not a hotel with family to stay.
