My family and I stayed here prior to our cruise. We had an early flight that landed at 0830. Check in wasn’t until 4p but I opted for early check in and to my surprise when we arrived at the hotel around 0930, our rooms were ready! My family and I were thrilled and couldn’t wait to relax and enjoy Miami. We chose to partake in the breakfast at the Riverside restaurant. At most hyatts this breakfast is free, which would have been acceptable, but for $33 per person it left a lot to be desired. Overall, the stay was great. The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean. Gym was a little small. It’s in a great location to area attractions like Bayside Market and easy to get around.

My family and I went to stay at the hotel for a Miami Heat basketball game and this hotel was close to the arena. Service and the whole experience was amazing and very professional. We will definitely be staying there in the future again.

This hotel was perfect in location (for the port - we were taking a cruise) and also the staff was some of the friendliest we've encountered, especially the housekeeping staff. They made sure we had everything that we needed for our family of four. The front staff was not only able to get us into our room early, they were kind enough to offer a late checkout so that we could stay in our room until we were leaving for the boat. Our room was so spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, as well. We could have stayed multiple days and been happy - our kids were almost a little disappointed we had to leave even though we had surprised them with a cruise haha.

We have booked room for 4 people, but had only blanket in one bed, kids slept 5 nights without bankets, just with lines. It was dissapointing.

We picked this prior to our cruise, although it was close to the port it did not have its own shuttle service and no free breakfast. They do however have a restaurant and snack area to buy meals. It was within walking distance to other options. Definitely not for families with children.

Very clean and beautiful property. I was most impressed with the customer service. And there is a gentleman in the Starbucks area two went above and beyond and when you’re traveling and with a baby that means so much. His name is Miguel

The hotel is located in downtown which gives you the access to a bunch of good restaurants nearby by walking. Whole Foods Markets is next door to it, children's playground is 5-7 min walk from it. Parking garage is in the next building that is connected to the hotel by walkway. Very convenient location. The personnel is very friendly.
