Great location, attached to a very good indoor/outdoor mall with cool architecture, stores and eateries. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff was spot on. The two bed/bath residence suite was huge and perfect for our family of four.

We requested double bed room. They gave us an excuse that the room that was for us had been smoked in by the previous guest. They didn’t try to accommodate us or offer anything to make us feel better. I’m traveling with a 75 year old grandmother and a 7 year old child.

Reserved and confirmed a 3BR suite. Arrived and was told the reservation was cancelled. No notification of such was given. They said ‘credit card did not validate’. However same card worked just fine when they charged for the replacement rooms. Best they could do was put our family in two separate rooms (not ideal traveling with kids. Room was not ready for several hours after check in. Large wedding party this weekend, and i have a feeling that our room was just given to someone in that party… Nice bar/ambiance on site, but no family dining options (ie. Simple breakfast) Noisy street (welcome to Miami, I suppose) They didnt seem to care that the cancellation was their mistake. Bartender, Fidel was great company while we waited several hours for our rooms to be available.

The stay was Ok but the picture that shows online is deceiving comparing to what I walked into when I got to the Hotel. In addition they had no fridge or Microwave in the room. I had to pay an extra $ 300 to have access to a room with those amenities. Don't believe the amenities list you see for this hotel. I would recommend Fountain Bleu as one of the top Hotel in the area, which I have been in. I stay at East Miami because I wanted something different but not less.I spend $2300 for this hotel for 2 night and it was worthless. 1 meal for 3 can cost between $250-400. I spent $211 just for one Lunch. Again I would not mind if the food was good, but I would not recommend it for a weekend getaway with your family.

Hotel location is surround by wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options all within walking distance. Area have an Energetic vibe. The checkin process was easy and staff very friendly and accommodating..
The pool area is beautiful and staff exceptionally nice and caters to your needs. The view from our room balcony above the 30 floor was amazing. Celebrated my birthday at Quinto which is a beautiful restaurant. The outdoor seating is very nice.. Travelled with family and although it a trendy hotel with a night life, my 9 year old daughter enjoyed staying here. We would definitely stay here again when in Brickell..thanks

Negatives: We have stayed here twice-kids in the pool both times, running around splashing. Pool is not a party pool. Also pool has limited sun for tanning.
Bar and staff at sugar are great. Views are worth the trip.

The valet company lost our keys to our rental car and he had to spend extra 350$ just in Ubers, they said they would open a claim and reimburse us but never did. Instead threatened to fire the kid who accidentally lost our keys unless he paid out of pocket.

My purpose of stay was to be close to my daughters residence as we celebrated my grandsons 3rd birthday. Therefore i am a generation baby boomer. I was impressed with the ease and professional performance of the front desk. Since Covid has made changes in our life, the swipe card in lobby and touch less elevator was very futuristic. Very artsy elevator with the 3Dlights. The room we stayed was a standard room with two full size beds. Very modern set up, but, very small. The balcony facing the water a plus. Linens and bedding was clean and soft, but, the sink counter was way too small. Could not share space with my husbands case. Also, no small samples of body cream, cotton balls, etc. items. I understand the in shower shampoo dispensers for conservation. No ice bucket, that has to be ordered to your room. I would of liked a full size mirror to see myself before i go out. We spent time at the pool which was arranged with comfortable chairs, tropical trees, waterfall pool and chill music. What i don't understand was that on first day of arrival to pool, staff did set up chairs for us, and we did get waiter service. The second day , nothing, all self service. And there was staff at the towel house all day. Otherwise, we liked the restaurant, service professional, drinks excellent and food we can't review since we did not eat. Only appetizers which was very tasty. Overall, it is a very high end ,trendy modern hotel that caters to patrons of the new world.
