If you’re coming in alone 1 dude or 1 girl it’s perfect . Check in is seamless, the hotel is very “2024” . Honestly I would probably bring my family it was clean enough . Up to date , technology is cool , rooms are nice and clean , bed is comfy . It’s the 1 night stand hotel of Miami . But it’s also clean. Only thing that bothered me was a hair in my coffee , but the coffee was horrible anyway so just walk to Starbucks lol .

The actual room is nice, but at night the lobby is full of hookers and pimps. Cars pull up and pick them up, and returned in 30 mins. Definitely not a place for kids.

We arrived in the evening and the room we chose wasn't available so they said they're going to upgrade us. Only thing was that it was a king bed and not twin beds. I'd say this isn't really designed for people who aren't a couple or at least immediate family. It did have lots of charging ports in the room though

These rooms are worse than college dorms. The bathroom is part of the room. Get out of the shower to dry off and dress? You have to do it in front of who your in the room with. The shower and toilet have frosted glass enclosures but that’s it. There is one stool in the room to sit on. They call it a smart bed?? It’s a camping mattress on a queen size hospital bed. They charge you a resort fee plus some random extra $37 charge when you get there and tell you it’s for beach access…..the hotel is blocks from any water so no idea how the heck that would even happen. They want to charge you extra if you get there early, even an hour. Friends stayed at a hotel a few block away and checked in three hours early no charge. Just bad all around bad unless you’re a kid on spring break find another place to stay.

I never write reviews, but this place was absolutely awful, I do blame myself for not looking more into reviews, the lights in the rooms are awful, the bathroom situation was ridiculous, I asked for extra towels 3 times and never got them, just terrible, the valet parking, that poor guy was very nice but definitely has no idea what’s going on. Don’t stay here unless you’re traveling alone, definitely not a hotel for couples or families.

This would be great for a single guy travelling with a backpack not recommended for couples with luggage or kids! No storage, bed is way to small for anyone that is over 6 ft barley enough legroom for hubby to lay out. No on-site parking, they recommend to park at the parkade next door. No drive in area by for check in or stopping area the busy street. The shower is so poorly designed not enough of base to stop water from overflowing with the “rain shower “ head. No mirror on the only area a lady needs to get ready with a stool.on. Not a lot of privacy in the bathroom. Good note.. shout out to Padro for helping us with our “cruise” luggage and Tim for checking us in . Great location ( a little seedy but lots of police presence) Elevator was good and very secure. Great restaurants in close vicinity. Highly recommend the Cafe Bastille for breakfast!!

This hotel is trying to be far too high- tech with their check in system. It took 1.5 hours for us to check in, partly because the one woman on reception was overwhelmed with dealing with guest issues. Our room was not ready at the time we were advised it would be, keys did not initially work, security deposit and taxes were taken twice, the sofa bed was not made up even though we specifically specified we were travelling with two children, service at breakfast was terrible, had to ask for cutlery, food for a group of four was brought at different times and some of it never turned up at all. I can see that the Yotel model is trying to make it easy for guests but in actual fact it makes it more difficult and for the cost involved, we expected a lot more. I would not recommend Yotel and would avoid staying at again.
